They go above and beyond to help the residents and families. Whether it is a small need, like setting up a bed or individual care with medications, they are there to assist to WHATEVER is needed. I found the entire staff very friendly and prompt in answering any and all my questions. The food is quite tasty and served generously to each resident. Special holidays are celebrated in the main areas and help the residents to feel welcome. The staff assists with all paper work whether is for financial arrangements or medical needs. They have met the needs for my family member and their understanding and caring about the entire needs of the family has made my life completely bearable. Now I can be calm and okay knowing my family member is safe and has a much better healthy life. It has been a Blessing of relief for his life and mine.

I am giving this place a 5 start because I was looking all around for a facility that accepted my Medicaid waiver and my age which is 37 and they did and I’m very happy amd please how quick the process and help they did for me. I am moving in July 11 2025 and I can’t wait to start my journey here what a great place to live at.

I can’t say enough good things about Wyndmoor! The facility is clean, maintained to great standards, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. The caregivers are always kind, patient, and responsive to everyone in their path. Activities are thoughtfully planned, meals are nutritious and enjoyable, and the management is proactive in communication.

My mother has been here for about a month and a half, and so far, everyone is wonderful. It has been very hard for my mom to get adjusted to no longer living on her own, but the staff has been amazing with her. My mind is at ease seeing how attentive the staff is with all the residents. *After reading other reviews, I want to add that because my mother prefers to eat alone, the staff brings her breakfast, lunch, and dinner to her room every day.

Placed my grandmother here, very thankful the staff here. I have volunteered here since I was in early middle school and have seen just about all there is to see here. The staff is very dedicated and there is longevity with both residents and staff. I would recommend anyone here.

This place is ridiculous. good luck trying to get someone to answer the door. Was outside for 10 mins once while 2 employees sat on their phones right on the other side the window. I'm there multiple times a week and always have a hard time getting someone to come open the door.

What an amazing community! We were looking for somewhere for my grandfather and weren’t sure about any of the places nearby that accept the Medicaid Waiver. The community is clean and the staff are super friendly. The Director of Nursing Patty couldn’t have been more helpful!
