The staff is amazing. They geniunely care about people. You can tell how much they work at making everyone comfortable. The staff raves about how great it is to work there and the seniors rave about how great it is to live there. There are always activities going on, and the participation is great. Proud they are located here in Portage, Indiana.

Best place in the area to work. The hours are great. No mandates. Free meals are provided. Down to Earth management. Relationships with the residents are priceless. I would recommend this place to my own family.

Our mom has been there since February, she is getting excellent care. There are two team members that really go over beyond for us, Senior lifestyle counselor Danielle Director of health fitness, Amanda, they are loving kind to our mom also the family. This was a big step decision to make, but were glad we did it!

The staff at the Portage facility is so caring to the residents. They do fun activities and get everyone involved. My parents are in the memory care unit getting excellent care. I would recommend this facility to anybody.

Having to move our mother into assisted living was a difficult decision to make. We have found that the nurses and staff have truly become part of our extended family. It's a warm and friendly place. Our mother was one of the first residents when they opened. It feels like home. The staff has taken the time to get to know the ins and outs our mother's colorful personality. We couldn't ask for better care. Rittenhouse is wonderful!

Absolutely the best care available for your elders loved one.a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate staff and a facility that is beyond compare. Clean, well organized and functional, the best compliment I can give them is that this is where we decided to house our mother when she needed this type of care and we have never been disappointed.

We toured this community for care. The community is nice and clean. The community is a little bigger than what we wanted. The menu seemed appealing. They had a lot of nice activities. We would recommend this community if families wanted a large surrounding. We found it to be a good value and nice care.

My mother moved here and things are going pretty well. The building is very beautifully designed and aesthetically appealing. They have dedicated staff members to different areas and they are all well trained and very knowledgeable. The biggest area of opportunity is the food. It's average to below average when it comes to institutional meals.A new chef would improve things. The issue is the way the food is prepared, for instance over cooked vegetables, etc. We chose this community because it was a good price for the services provided. If someone is willing to travel out of the city for quality care at a reasonable price I would recommend Rittenhouse Village. Overcooked vegetables Food is not great, new chef would make it better. Very beautiful desinged. For the price RN all the time. The prices are reasonable
