This is a rehab, assisted living, and long term nursing home facility based on the level of care each resident might need. I have a family member living here and we have found it to be a pleasant experience for her. It's important to note that residents can move to different levels of care based on their changing needs. This is one of two facilities in Monticello and this is the much newer one conveniently located adjacent to the hospital.

White Oak is a beautiful facility. If you are looking for short term rehab or long term care, White Oak is the place to go. They have a very caring staff and many of the residents call it home. The food is also great and they have many fun activities to pass time.

White oak health campus, in Monticello Indiana one of the best places that I've ever worked. A very clean and happy environment my coworkers are great our new executive director Bradley is one of the best with a big heart. Our activities director Darla suggested in our ER three meeting that we write a review about our health campus. I mean every word and together we all make a difference in our community. Because we care about our residents and put them first.
