Amazing people. They made the final moments for my father peaceful. Staff goes above and beyond in their care. They listen when you want to talk, 6 leave when you want to be alone. The staff was helpful in all aspects of this journey. If you have to go down this road (it's agonizing), this place and the people are amazing

I can't begin to say enough about the wonderful, caring, compassionate staff at the Raclin House. My father, Rudolph Reiners, received the best care imaginable. His pain was always controlled. The staff explained everything to us as he moved toward death. One night, while I was sleeping on a couch beside my father, I felt something. It was the nurse covering me up, as I kicked the blanket off. That may seem like a simple thing, but it spoke volumes of how they care for the entire family as well. They were supportive of my meltdowns, and gave wonderful hugs when I needed them. The Social Workers, housekeepers and Doctors were extremely supportive as well. They held a service upon my fathers arrival honoring his military service, which was the last thing my father was involved in before he became unresponsive. His face was filled with joy and pride. It was beautiful. We will be purchasing a wall plaque to honor my fathers service in the Korean War to place in their Veterans garden. The grounds and facility are absolutely stunning! I spend a lot of time outside in the gardens reflecting on things. Thank you to everyone at Raclin House for helping us through such a difficult time. We will never forget your kindness.

Such an absolutely wonderful place, staffed with the best people for the job. I was just blown away at how much they truly care vs. pretty much eveyrone else that I encountered while caring for my friend at the end of his life. We are so absolutely lucky to have the Center for Hospice Care in our area. I will forever grateful for them and their loving care for all involved.

My Aunt was admitted to this facility and it was the best place to say goodbye. Losing my aunt was hard and the staff in the facility made it very comforting and helpful to say goodbye. I would highly recommend this hospice center to anyone that will go through what I just went through a few weeks ago. We were also from out of town and really had no place to stay that night, and they were able to give us an apartment. The grieving part is hard but to know she was very comfortable and didn't suffer. The staff is very caring and committed to their jobs. Thank you for all that you did for us and what you will do for other families.
