This is my favorite place to work!! Everyone is so helpful. The residents love our team. We laugh and have fun every shift. The food is delicious!! We have great cooks here. She goes above and above to make sure everything at the facility works well and that each resident is treated like family. What a great place! My mom, Tracy Riggs has previously worked with Rittenhouse in the past as the activities director and just returned because of how much she absolutely adored the residents! She comes home with a smile on her face and so excited to tell everyone about her day and what fun new activities she has coming up for the Rittenhouse community!

Staff is good with the residents, during inclement weather the staff at Rittenhouse helps to provide transportation to their employees. They also have special types of events for the residents such as cook outs, and carnivals. During holidays they provide gifts for the staff and also Staff parties. All in all Rittenhouse has the best attention of not just their residents but also their entire staff.

my mom has worked here for 7 1/2 years and loves it, they have lots of fun activities for the seniors, one of the activities i enjoyed was the trick or treating from the residents. The kids enjoyed getting candy and the residents loved seeing their faces light up as they got the candy.

I recently had two visits at Rittenhouse Village, located in Michigan City, Indiana. The staff member at the front desk, walked me through the retirement facility. I was there to gather information for my beloved father, in the event he may need a living facility with experienced nurses to assist him. The staff member recommended contacting Stefanie Olson, the facility's Senior Lifestyle Counselor. I later meet Stefanie, as she welcomed me, and walked me through the retirement facility, where I was able to meet and greet other business staff members, and residents. When walking through the retirement facility, I found the building structure very clean and safe in appearance. Stefanie, then showed me a model display of a room and a chart of various room sizes with living arrangements. Stefanie, discussed the living arrangements with nursing, menu items, breakfast, lunch, dinner, special event room, exercise room and expenses. I felt that Stefanie, welcomed me with a very warm smile, and open arms. Stefanie, is very detail oriented, and compassionate in her profession. I David Volstorf, highly recommend my father, and others to live in this retirement facility.

I was lucky enough to be able to volunteer in this amazing facility. Jailene is the one who introduced me to all the staff, she is amazing at what she does, really organized and loves her job! All she does is talk about how much she loves that place and the residents in there! We met with the admissions coordinator regarding our 86 year old sister with dementia. The empathy with which we were met , the information provided and the clear quality of this facility were impressive. Unfortunately Rittenhouse was not the right fit for our suster but despite that the Admissions Coordinator spent a great deal of time helping us consider alternatives and providing us with resources available in the community. A class act!!!

I knew the first day I started at Rittenhouse that it was a warm & welcoming environment to be a part of. The administration and staff genuinely care for their residents. They work well as a team and make it a great home for everyone. The food is delicious, with a great kitchen staff. Rittenhouse should be your first and last stop. It has been a difficult Journey with my mother (Stage IV Cancer). I met Stefanie Olson, Senior Lifestyle Coordinator with Rittenhouse Village, . She made this easy, from understanding all the wonderful amenities and choices, to financial worries, to safety, to everything.. Me and my mother left crying with relief.. All I want for my mother is (not only) to be at a beautiful safe place but a place that she feels wanted and loved.
