Right at Home was recommended to me by my Mom's Continuing Care Retirement Community. Although my Mom was receiving excellent care in Assisted Living, she needed additional help with all Activities of Daily Living. A top priority was keeping her safe when transferring to and from her wheelchair. The Caregivers were very attentive to her needs. The assistance they gave her enabled her to remain in her same environment longer than would have been possible otherwise. I also appreciated the online Family Portal, where I could see which Caregivers would be working with her each day, and if they had checked-in each morning. Communication from management staff has been very timely. My Mom was recently moved to Long Term/Skilled Nursing Care. Although Caregivers are no longer needed, my spouse and I chose to keep a Caregiver with my Mom 2 mornings a week. Her Caregiver/Companion Roxana truly cares about my Mom, and they have a special relationship. Roxana treats my Mom with dignity, encourages her, and motivates her with humor. Having her with my Mom enables me to talk with my Mom via telephone. This gives me great peace of mind, as I live out of state. Right at Home has made a positive difference in my Mom's life, and in mine.

The owners of this agency contacted my mother and I for a two plus hour interview and we paid the deposit to secure a caregiver at the meet and greet session. They assured us that we could use a credit card and pay the extra service fees involved once a caregiver was found. When we were contacted a week later for caregiver payment, we reminded the owner of the arrangement we discussed. We never heard back from the agency again. The group promises extensive live and online services but they never followed through on the first meeting. The owners were difficult to reach via phone and email. Families contact caregiving services to provide trusted support for a loved one and we did not feel supported. We understand that the agency must be swamped with other referrals and clients at this time. Update: December 2022, I have been contacted by the owners and hope to work with this organization in the future. My mom will look forward to receiving outstanding care and timely replies via phone and/or email. Thanks.

Outstanding experience with Right at Home. Personalized attention to match caregivers, and they had the ability to get great caregivers on short notice. Communication was excellent plus the owners, Troy and Sandra, have always gone above and beyond to provide help.

Right at Home provides home care for my grandmother. If not for them, she would have to be placed in a nursing home. That is not what she would have wanted. The caregivers are caring, knowledgable and they do a great job with her. The office staff is friendly and promptly answers our questions. They manage her care for us and that allows our family to concentrate on just spending time with her.

I have been with right at home since feb 2019 and I have been paired with great clients since I have been here the clients and I hit it off wonderfully and have built a great relationship and that this company has done great for me with that. The company has given me since feb 2019 for the extremely hard work I do promotions and raises and that has been nice and appreciated. I like there is payed online training and an okay pto and that some of the staff is easy to talk to and understanding that work in the office and some are nice as well. This company has recently changed owners I have been told I hear it is supposedly ran better from when I was there the staff in the office is still the same.

Ive been working for Right at Home Northwest IN for 4 wonderful years!! I absolutely love the people I serve and the joy is so rewarding. I love being able to work in an environment where I can be myself and care for others. Everyday I get to serve and there is always work available for caregivers. There is room for professional growth through Right at Home University and trainings. Marc and Kristin Sokol encourages staff to maintain the Gold Standard of Care by reaching out to staff consistently and offering tons of support. I love Right at Home its a great place to work!!!!

Working with Right at Home has brought back the joy in my life and has made me feel worth something again. I had lost my identity over the years and the atmosphere within Right at Home has brought me full circle.
