We offer several styles of units to choose from in sizes to fit all senior needs. There is plenty of storage space, private bathrooms, and each apartment. The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Marion residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. Northwood Manor meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

My mom Delores was there starting first week of January 2019. She had hard time adjusting from big house to very nice apartment that was great. The staff at Northwood did everything possible to help her thank you. Then Mom needed more help than assisted living and moved her to Aperion nursing home which was great.Northwood Manor did everything humanly possible to help her move to nursing home.Want to Personal thank John Clark who guided us to Terri Pollet Hinkle Marion to take care of Moms finances and other matters. She did fantastic job.Would recommend Northwood, Aperion and Terri Pollet hinkle.Thanks again to John ClarkAlways dont dont forget to give mom a hug and kiss we never know how long we have them.

My mother and my mother-in-law both live at Northwood Manor, and enjoy it . The staff is very professional and competent, as well as compassionate. They are always willing to work with us, and go the extra mile to insure our mothers comfort and happiness. The facility is clean and bright, and fun activities are provided daily. Meals are delicious and nutritious, and there is fresh fruit and often warm just-baked cookies on the sideboard! We highly recommend Northwood Manor.

My daughter has experienced several assisted living facilities over the past 35 years. However, Northwood Manor is beyond our wildest expectations. The facility is so lovely, the head administrator tremendous and the entire staff are so caring. Truly, you feel the love in this place.

Really enjoyed the staff, they were kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the perfect size for one single or couple. Atmosphere was very welcoming. I would recommend this place for any senior looking for independent living.

North Wood is an amazing place. I visit Mr. R**sh, in the past the late Mrs R**e, and The Jo***ns (names kept confidential in respect of families) and have witnessed so many parties for birthdays, common get togethers and such. It is a place of atmosphere, a place of togetherness and sense of family. If you have a family member who is feeling like they are able on their own, however they just need that sense of community around them and things just need to be easier yet independent, Northwood Manor is for you and yours. I insist that you visit them for a tour and see first hand why there is often a waiting list for this amazing place. I would recommend seeing them with any questions. Activities going on all the time. Its like you have a condo, and are on vacation all the time.

My mom has been living at Northwood Manor for 3 months. She loves and participates in the many activities. (Bingo, exercise classes, cards, movies and more) The staff are compassionate and caring ..... from Administration to the RAs! Everyone pitches in to create a fantastic environment for the residents. Northwood is a fantastic place for Senior Citizens. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. The meals here are hot and delicious! The lifestyle 360 program provides tons of fun activities to engage the residents. Im always impressed with the management. They are so involved and communicate really well with the residents. I have seen a lot of senior communities, this is by far my favorite!!!

I visit Northwoods daily to check on family friends and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is genuinely a family atmosphere here with the residents and staff. The facility is clean and inviting. I am impressed with the daily food selections from the menus.

Our Aunt Lived at Northwood Manor. She loved her apartment, visiting her friends who lived there, and bringing the bus to their sister property in Kokomo to visit her sister. We have wonderful memories of her years at Northwood Manor.
