I dread going here. My mind is haunted by foul memories and images from the few times I've had to go in. Really unfortunate place. God bless the poor folks that have to reside or work here. I'm giving 2 stars, but the 2nd star I'm leaving out of pity.

Some of the staff here are rude and very unprofessional. I have observed an aid on her cell phonewhen she is to deliver meals. About the food it's terrible unless you like food that has to much seasoning or non at all. I admit there are some staff that are genuinely passionsate about their patients, they give you advice to make your recovery so much better and you'll heal much sooner.

When I was there last year after my BKA I didn't know what to expect. My room was great and most all of the staff was wonderful. The therapy staff was most excellent. The main problem I had with the staff was getting my (and the other residents too) cigarettes which is one of the reasons that I chose to go to Westpark. I can't wait to be able to go back and visit the residents and staff. All in all I would recommend this place.
