The workers are slow. Especially the cook. I ordered food for my client and we waited over an hour for bacon eggs and toast. The food came out 2 minutes after i complained. They made me concern seem like I was over reacting but people who came after us were eating before us.

Poor quality of food served, and menu variety not yet for Specific diets. Weekend, staff Is limited including representation by administration Very often late shift staff does not respond to calls for help in sufficient time to prevent further injury to resident. Also activities are very few especially mind Stimulation. Must pay for food service to room separately This is unconscionable. Update January 2026. My issues as a resident are being addressed directly by the executive director and the executive chef. It is good to know they took my review seriously the executive chef said she is adding more vegetable varieties and offerings. The executive director is speaking and addressing issues residents have brought to him as well as improving the monitoring system. I will continue with my updates if necessary to change ratings. Since I’ve been here three months, I have wound up in the hospital ER twice Both times G.I. related. food being served to the elderly is poor quality if not that I wonder what is the diet for the elderly they are following a lot of food is thrown out because the elderly can’t eat, what is being served. On weekends, there are no programs at all to occupy the time of residents who do not leave the premises. April 2026 I have been here six months and just when you think it could get better it gets worse. Owners of all the Traditions have brought in an outside food service Yona Solutions. Shrinkificarion going on. Even the dining hours have been shortened to the detriment of the residents. I will take this up with a higher authority. July 2026. On the second floor there is terrible urine odor coming through the halls. Elevators are not cleaned on a daily basis and it too has an odor. Traditions is a business first model, residents second, workers third. Under staffed, many employees are unhappy about how they are treated. Top brass needs to make Unannounced visits and interviews with employees and residents, especially ones who complain. Many employees are absolutely wonderful. Receptionists try very hard to make sure recidents are safe.

Heart felt thanks to the team at Traditions at North Willow. A dear family member recently became a resident at this impeccable facility. We were instantly impressed with the clean environment and friendly staff. We were also encouraged to decorate his private room with some personal items to make him feel more at home! He enjoys the company of other residents in the communal dining area, and delights in the conversation at meal times. In addition to the immaculate facilities, the care he has received is outstanding. We feel reassured that his physical and mental wellbeing are being continuously reassessed as his condition changes. Special thanks to the Executive Director, Nathan and the Wellness director, Chanel who took the time to listen to his concerns and personal goals, and then adapted a care plan to meet his specific needs. It is nice to be treated like family!

It's been quite the roller coaster ride moving our family member to Traditions at North Willow. The team here has been outstanding in helping us navigate all of the ups and downs that come with helping an aging parent. I moved here about a year ago and a few months ago I am 63 and have a jack russell dog that loves it here she loves the big house and each morning we go over to see the people and exercise and do activities eat lunch and dinner watch movies I staff is the best of the best I love them to bits they are always around Nate mary Samantha William Kelsey Austin Donna Connie Judy shelpu they work so hard and they all work so well together and visit with the people the workers that work under these people are also great they remember your birthday and any special day you have you also go on wonderful trips on the bus I would recommend a visit to this place for a tour and you will want to move in the next day

Both of my parents have lived here at different times. My stepfather was in memory care here for 2 1/2 years and now my mother is in assisted living here. The staff is amazing and very supportive. Nate is the new director and is doing a great job. Julie is the Nurse in charge and has done a great job working with my mom and stepdad. And Brenda at the front desk is so welcoming to guests. Shilpa is the new activity director and has been the absolute best at inviting my mom to all the activities and getting her involved. She took over for Mary Evans who is now in charge of arrangements for living there. So go meet Mary for a tour! You will love it. Traditions at North Willow is very homey and comfortable and has great food.

We found this place for my mother-in-law after searching high and low for a community that didn’t feel like an institution. The moment we walked into the lobby, it felt like home. The lobby is arranged as a comfortable, cozy sanctuary, and the receptionists, Connie and Donna, are warm and welcoming. The staff is terrific”thoughtful, conscientious, hardworking, and careful. The chef, Kelcey, is wonderfully kind and talented, preparing excellent meals (the dining room is run like a restaurant). Julie, the head of nursing, is highly knowledgeable and manages an exceedingly kind team. One staff member, Monica, reassured my mother-in-law when she first moved in, telling her she could press the call button anytime”even if she just wanted someone to sit with her and hold her hand. Monica has also shown a unique gift for communicating with residents. At one point, when my mother-in-law was resistant to necessary medical care, Monica put her at ease and helped her comply, preventing a potentially life-threatening situation. Samantha Haney, one of the managers, and Mary Evans, the community relations director, are both friendly and approachable. Finally, the activities director, Shilpa Denny”affectionately known as Sunshine”is simply delightful. I highly recommend this place. If you have a loved one living here and encounter any issues, I suggest speaking with the executive director, Nate Milligan, before leaving a poor review. Nate proactively connects with residents and goes to great lengths to ensure concerns are addressed. When we met with him recently to request some service changes, he told us You always have a right to our undivided attention. This is a top-notch assisted living community.

This is by far the best place I have been to. I work in healthcare as a CNA, and have worked in many different facilities. When you walk in, the lobby feels like a living room. The staff is amazing, the receptionists Donna and Connie are very personable and uplifting, and Nate the executive director has been amazing. He has gotten things fixed, and made changes to further improve the morale at this establishment. The nursing staff takes very good care of my grandma, and communicates clearly, quickly, and efficiently about her care. The Director of Nursing Julie really has helped our family navigate the care of my grandma, and has gone the extra mile to make sure she is well taken care of. I truly could not ask for a better place for my grandma. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I was visiting my Grandmama today and loved what I walked into. Very welcoming. Donna was there right away to direct me to where I needed to go to find Grandmama. She’s 94 years old and had a hard time adjusting to a new place. But even though she’s been there for 4 months, I found her with Nate by her side. He was pushing her wheelchair up to her table, talking to her, and making sure she was comfortable. I love that the staff at North Willow cares so much about her even when I’m not there.

We attended a community event for Halloween. The staff is so friendly! The building was clean and cutely decorated for Halloween. Nate, Mary and Shilpa coordinated a fun trick or treat event and my 2 year old loved it!

My mom lives there 3years strong and the property is nice.One thing that I wish is that they could bring her a menu and also bring it to her as she is paying for all the perks but can't get over to the other building to get her meal daily as her breathing isn't up to par. She's never late on her rent but she can't enjoy the other perks

Traditions at North Willow has been a trusted source of care for my mother who has been in memory care for a year. No place is perfect and transition has challenges, but all challenges have been met with caring helpful and thoughtful response. I am grateful to all staff from administration to maintenance, but especially to the staff of the memory care unit and third party caregivers who take on the extra difficulty of dealing with dementia patients. In 2021, I began searching for a senior living community that would fit the needs of my parents. A church member living at Traditions in the Independent section recommended their Assisted Living. After going for a tour, it was quickly decided that that was the best place for my parents & the dog. It started rocky because of the transition (mom was on the Memory Care floor and dad on the Assisted Living floor) but we got to know the staff and there were some staff members that went above & beyond to help with transition and help keep the open communication with me as their primary caregiver & POA. Even though my mom went home to the Lord after 8 months, I am thankful for the caring staff that were there for her until her last day and even more thankful for the staff that have been watching over and still caring for my father and the dog as they still live there. I would highly recommend Traditions at North Willow for anyone looking for a senior living community for their loved ones. My parents moved in last year and we wish they had moved in years ago. Everything about Traditions at North Willow is first rate. The management and staff go out of their way to ensure the care and comfort of the residents. They have been responsive, caring and considerate and are a pleasure to work with. We are very impressed with the facilities team, who promptly addressed a minor issue with their refrigerator. And, during recent heavy snow, they proactively put down salt before the storm and cleared snow immediately so mom and dad could get out for shopping. It's wonderful to see mom and dad so happy here and known they are safe and in good hands.

Traditions is the BEST facility I could have chosen for my husband! He loves the staff, food and surroundings. I was afraid it would take him a long time to adjust because he was SO dependent on me. It took less than two months. The staff has been very kind to me and have worked with me when our children, from all over the country, come to visit. Our family is extremely happy with care our Mother has been receiving at Traditions at North Willow. The members of the staff have always gone the extra mile in caring for the residents. They have a tough job, especially in the past several months and have kept the bar of their care at a high level. The very fact there has been no cases of the Corvid virus in the building speaks loudly for their diligence in keeping everyone safe and well cared for.

It’s been a tough 7-8 months but I am grateful you have maintained a Covid 19 free facility. I am anxious to get some of the restrictions lifted so I can get in her room to get a few things done for her. Some days are better for mom than others but for the most part the quarantined experience has gone well.

My grandmother was on of the first residents at North Willow when it first opened and is living there still today. Libby, Donna, the kitchen staff, CNAs, Nurses and doctors have all been kind, considerate and thoughtful in their care. During COVID the staff has gone above and beyond to care for my grandma and other residents as lack of family support in house is not possible. For example, my grandma's hearing aids haven't been working well and the Director, Libby, took time out of her day to visit Costco to have them cleaned for her so that she could follow conversations with family on the telephone. I feel grateful that this is where my grandma is being cared for and wouldn't want her anywhere else.
