My parents live in the assisted living apartments at Rosegate. It is a nice place where the staff is very caring. My parents left their home of over 30 years in a small town which was really a big change. They have adapted to their new place quite well. Someone calls me on a regular basis for input and the apartments and entire facility is clean. I would highly recommend this Assisted Living for your loved ones.

My father has lived at Rosegate Assisted Living for almost two years now, coming from rehab at their adjacent senior care building. I can tell you the things I care about and why you'll be glad you put your loved one there. My dad's apartment stays clean and he is satisfied with the food in variety and quality. The staff is responsive to your requests and answers the phone if you call with concerns. If my dad needs assistance with something, they will take the time to try to help him. He stays busy with varied activities, including walking club, reading club, stretching classes, Wii, card games, shopping trips, and church services of multiple denominations (evangelical and catholic). The spiritual side is very important to my dad so he has been glad for the effort people making coming in to provide those services! The residents are friendly, active, interesting people. Rosegate's covid efforts are effective without being overburdensome. In fact, my dad has never even gotten covid, all through this time. Their nursing staff handles medication administration, bathing, and other needs tactfully and effectively, using computerized records to make sure his scrips are accurate and up to date, so I never have to worry whether his care is correct. When your loved one is at a point where they need some care to feel their best but do not need a nursing home, Rosegate can be a lovely, enriching place to be. They have made my dad's life very good, for which I am quite grateful.

My 93 year old mother has been at Rosegate since 2017 and she loves it. The staff is kind, there are various activities throughout the day she can choose to participate in and she loves the variety and delicious meals. My mother is doing great and I can see her Quaility of life is great. I would recommend Rosegate Assisted Living to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live.

Rosegate is a beautiful campus with a welcoming and friendly staff. I was blown away by the hospitality and warmth when I visited. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Rosegate is a very good place for your loved one to stay, if they cant be at home. The staff is caring and many treat mom as their own mother.

Mom went to Rosegate for rehab following her stroke. After her rehab, we moved her into Rosegate Commons, the Assisted Living facility. Two TOTALLY different experiences. While the facilities share part of a name and are owned-managed by the same organization, they do not share a management team and the approach is totally different. I can highly recommend the Assisted Living Facility. The rehab staff did a great job getting my mom back on her feet, but I cannot recommend the facility in terms of sensitivity to families. I understand COVID made things difficult for everyone, but kindness is not limited by COVID. Mom seemed to be treated well, although they kept forgetting to charge her hearing aids and she couldnt hear at all without them. We had a number of experiences of not being treated kindly. There was 1 person who was part of the management staff who was truly helpful - one of the social workers. The DON didnt care about or follow up on any concerns we had. We had items that were missing when mom moved from rehab into the Assisted Living facility - never found them and never received any kind of apology or show of concern. We filed one formal complaint while there. Rosegate Commons, the Assisted Living Facility which is totally separate from the rehab facility, I can HIGHLY recommend. A person doesnt have to go through rehab to move into Assisted Living. The management staff is very involved, the entire staff truly cares for the people living there and are attentive, and they are ALL kind every time. Concerns were promptly addressed and followed up with family. The food is fantastic - our mother consistently sang the praises of the kitchen staff and the taste-quality of the food. She appreciated the care that was taken with her laundry. She really enjoyed the quality of the cleaning of her apartment (she was very particular about that!) and the cleanliness of the facility. Mom liked the Maintenance staff who promptly addressed any issues that come up (door lock, light switch, fixing tv). The outside of the facility is beautifully maintained. We are grateful for our experience there.
