My father passed away while living here. Sandy in management and Tim at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful while moving my dad's things out. I'm so grateful he got to live in such a beautiful place.

When I first came to Kings Reserve I was just leaving my husband because of domestic violence. I didn't know which way to go or which way was up. They made me feel like family! They help me through the storm

We moved here in August 2023. The community is under new management, which will have growing pains, but they are doing a great job getting everything in order. Most of the residents are great and friendly. My wife and I are making new friends, and their is a strong sense of community. I am very happy with everyone looking out for each other. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues that may arise. The front of the house management is friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is that the PT and OT health care company left, and it has proven to be a large task to get a replacement health care provider to come in.

A very pleasant and cozy environment.The staff is friendly and receptive.Sandy the building manager is warm and friendly and makes everyone feel special. If ever there's a problem she jumps right in to fix it! Something not seen much any more now a days.

All reviews before November 2022 are outdated as is this website itself! I live here and can tell you that the former name of this complex was Discovery Commons College Park and the new name Is Kings Reserve and the owners of Kings' Reserve have, as one of the managers told me, a different business plan which focuses more, it seems, on the independent part of independent living senior apartment . As a result, although the apartments themselves are still quite nice and in some respect nicer, many services are no longer here (food service and transportation included and also the I have fallen and can't get up pendant we once wore is no longer automatic or even available. Neither is the 24 hour concierge. And, at this writing, one of the three elevators is NOT working. On a more positive note, there has been a price reduction. Bottom line, I am still here as of November 2022 waiting to see how things evolve. I will write an updated review and raise or lower my review score based on how I and the other tenants are treated. In the meantime, this entire website description needs to be updated by the new owners!

This is by far my favorite senior living community in Indianapolis and I tried to move my dad in but, unfortunately, he wasn't quite ready to live his best life. The surrounding area is relaxing and lovely and the staff is the best! And it's affordable! Not everyone can afford luxury senior living but here they can make friends, be active and eat well in a gorgeous, spacious apartment! Need I say more?!

Discovery Commons at College Park is a great place! My grandma lives in this community and she is more busy than she was when she owned her own home but without the around the home chores! They have a creative and extensive activity calendar as well as some great workout classes. I attended their Veteran's Program last year and it brought tears to my eyes the way they honored their residents who were in the Armed Forces as well as their spouses. Go and tour this community!
