I have been an employee at Trilogy for almost 11 years and at Clearvista for 4 years. I am an RN and worked the Medicare skilled unit. In January of this year I was diagnosed with cancer and had to have 2 surgeries. I am doing well, but my doctors have recommended light duty until my surgical incisions heal. I previously worked 3 days a week and did admissions wound care in addition to medication administration. My doctors say if I return to work I can do admissions as well as other tasks that do not require lifting or stressing my surgical site (left index finger amputation). Yesterday I had to turn in my shirts as the facility said they had "no position available" for me. I have been a loyal employee for almost 11 years and a nurse for almost 43 years. I was disheartened by their decision although I respect their right to make it. The nursing staff goes above and beyond and we take excellent care of our residents. It is sad we don't show the same care and kindness to the employees.

My sister was in the facility for a month prior to her passing. Based on experience all I can say was that I am so glad we choose this facility. It was clean, they treated their residents with respect, kindness snd patience. My sister was always clean her room was clean, to me the facility was ran like a hospital. I would recommend Clearvista Lake Health to family and friends.

I have been employed with Clearvista Lake for 18 months now and I think this is a beautiful facility. The staff have a lot of care and compassion to offer the residents they serve.

Today, 8/26/23, we were visiting our mother. Mom wasn't feeling well. We mentioned to the staff and we were told the nurse would come in to check on mom. Mom was going to sleep, so went to the lobby to sit a while. It seemed like minutes later, Nurse Dani found us to report to us mom's condition. We very much appreciated the promptness of Nurse Dani's response. Thank you Nurse Dani.

From their Executive Director down this staff is compassionate about the care their residents receive. They take pride in the jobs they do and it shows when you interact with their residents. Clearvista Lake Health Campus is a gorgeous building inside and out! They have several perks. They are known for their semi-private large double rooms. The therapy gym is huge, even with a workout station outside. The activity program has lots of opportunities for your love one to be involved. I even heard they're going to have outdoor entertainment, walking clubs, picnics by the water and movies on the lawn. Sign me up! You are right across the street from Community Hospital.This does not sound or look like a typical Health Campus! Don't take my word for it, check it out and see for yourself!

I am very pleased with the care clearvista has given my 93 year old mother. My wife and I feel very comfortable leaving on vacation knowing mom will get 24 hour nursing care. My mother has also used clearvista for rehab, everyone was so professional and caring. Thank you don

I am working on my third year as Therapy Program Director at Clearvista. It is a beautiful campus with a dedicated rehab and nursing team. The building has made great strides in my time here improving not only resident care but staff morale as well. The management team has really come together to create a wonderful place to work for and is committed to meeting resident needs whether your family member needs rehab, long-term care or assisted living.

I am a caregiver for a patient there. The staff is wonderful! The place is very clean and the building always smells nice. It's not like any other rehabilitation/nursing home I've ever been to. It is bright and happy there. The staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate myself and my patient. I am very pleased with the management. They are always friendly and welcoming. I would and have recommend(ed) this place to my family and friends.

I selected Clearvista Lake Health Campus for my mother to come for rehab after experiencing a traumatic fall this year. From my first meeting with the staff members giving me a tour, and now moving my mother to the assisted living section, I have experienced nothing but professionalism beyond measure. You are greeted with smiles and friendly hello's from staff members as soon as you enter the facility. My mother's care has been absolutely wonderful throughout her stay here for the last several months. The staff have worked to help her regain much of her independence, offered support and compassion when she felt frustrated, and supported my family throughout this ordeal. If you are searching for a state of art facility that also offers professionalism, compassion, complete medical care, and friendly faces this is simply the best choice. We were incredibly pleased with the care that our loved one received while at Clearvista Lakes. The staff was compassionate and very attentive to her needs. Management was proactive in assisting with the best next steps in her care plan and the executive director, Justin's main focus was that she received the best quality of care. After my loved ones tenure there, my daughter even returned to volunteer.

My Dad recently moved here. Last night I saw 2 administrative staff helping get the dinner served hot and timely. Thank you Sharon and Mark. Everyone; from kitchen, housekeeping, nursing, recreation and therapy, even maintenance, treat the residents and one another with respect and manners. It is refreshing.

My father has been in the rehab portion of Clearvista Lake Health for 3 months, after another stroke and the care has been exceptional. We are moving him to the assisted living portion of this facility and can't express how helpful, professional and caring everyone has been that has helped my father. They have many activities that include families and the community and we could not be more impressed.
