I would recommend this agency for the nursing care, both nurses have gone above and beyond their scope, always giving excellent care as well offering assistance with dietary needs & great at communicating with the NP's, doctors, caregivers and family members. Also the OT & PT sessions were awesome as well.

A family member recently used ACME Home Health and had an excellent experience. From the efficient process working with the rehab center to transition to home care to the in-home nurse assessment, OT and PT, the experience was smooth, well communicated, and tailored just right for the needs in recovery. The nurse went above and beyond to help assess and manage situations and offer advice and recommendations. The OT and PT were personable, professional, and caring. It was comforting to know they had our family member's best interests in mind. I would highly recommend ACME.

I have worked with ACME for over 5 years. They were and still are the preferred providers in 5 of my senior apartment complexes. Very truthful and honest. The best part, if they make a mistake they will own up to and fix it!!! Great health care staff and office staff. They are a certified full service Medicare and Medicaid provider, so they are one stop shopping for all your home health care needs!

Agencies like this are here to work to avoid rehospitalzation of folks who are at high risk of being rehospitalized, by seeing them more frequently at onset of care. Having the proper amount of staff ensures people get that attention. It also prevents staff from becoming too incumbered by work load and allows each can do their respective job optimally (medical records, QA, PAYROLL). Seeing people who are high risk by front-loading patient visits, is key for high risk patients who return to their home still sick from their health episode. This means seeing clients more frequently in the first 14 days of their return home. Unfortunately this type of treatment is dependent upon insurance coverage also. Recieving feedback from employees concerned about their limits as an employee, concerned about patient care and rehospitalization rates, then listening/doing to address any concerns is an important part of being an employer who aims to retain help, as well as seeks to avoid patient hospital ER trips with readmission and have high ratings. Acceptng only the clients of whom aid can be given, is key to happy satisfied customers, repeat business, and good reviews. Providing affordable health insurance to employees forvtheircfamilies in addition to reasonably priced dental and eye insurance is a wonderful benefit these days.

Acme Services provided home health services including blood draws for my mother over the last 3 years. She passed away recently. They did a very good, professional job providing these services. We were very satisfied and have no complaints or shortcomings to report. Their personnel are good and the supervisors at the the company were very responsive to our needs.

I have been employed with Acme for 5 years and it is a very good company to work for, with office staff that has strong employees that are team-players and are friendly and efficient and give good customer service. The field staff is excellent with experienced, skilled, and compassionate nurses, therapists, and Home Health aides. Our patients are typically very pleased with the services they receive, as has been determined through telephone surveys. The company has been in business for 38 years and we are ACHC Accredited. Some of the perks of working for Acme are paid mileage, flexible scheduling, good compensation, and autonomy on the job. Working in Home Health is a wonderful way to provide individualized 1 on 1 care to patients and meet and work with their families. We receive referrals from many different sources, which keeps the job interesting. The work environment is fun and working there is very rewarding.
