The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring, and they really take care of the residents. They take illness very serious and make sure that masks and protective wear are worn in order to protect the residents. A great place.

I was hired by The Heritage shortly after they opened in 2001. I have seen so much growth and improvement over the years, but the one thing that has never changed (even after taking a break and returning to work here,) I am extremely proud of the work we do and our residents are happy! This is our family!!

I have worked at Heritage Pointe of Huntington for over 2 years now and the residents and staff are my second family! Our administrative department, therapy department, nursing department, maintenance, dietary, housekeeping, and so much more keep our facility running smoothly. Most of all, I love being able to grow close to my residents and give them the care they deserve. The Heritage truly is the best place to receive the best care along with the best support system. I am honored to be an employee at Heritage Point of Huntington and I wouldn't recommend any other facility to bring your loved ones to.

I've been employed at HPOH for 3 years and wouldn't recommend any other place for your loved ones to live at or stay for rehab. The staff always have open arms for our residents and their families. Fun activities for the residents, always a clean environment, and loving staff in all departments. Everyone there is family and we have the best team to provide lots of love and companionship to your loved ones!

I've worked at the Heritage for a little over a year now and I wouldn't work anywhere else! I have worked in many other facilities and let me say I would only ever want my own family to come to the Heritage. The staff truly cares about their residents, they support their employees, and my residents are happy and well cared for. Even the dining staff is absolutely amazing to our residents and I've bragged about them several times! As a nurse I feel supported by management and have always had the help and support I need from other staff. This is what makes the difference! A culture of care for residents and staff is invaluable. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my own family to the Heritage if we needed the care they provide. Not many long term care nurses can say that about their facilities!

I love Heritage Pointe of Huntington from our residents to our staff! Our residents live in a place they call home while enjoying all the special amenities of rootber floats, fishing trips, picnics, concerts, movies, and much much more. Our staff are amazing at treating the residents as if they were their own Granparent or Parent. Our staff also get to enjoy fun times at work as well with Free food Fridays, themed days, giveaways, and much more. I love where I work and wouldn't change it!

I started my employment with Heritage Pointe of Huntington 8 months ago, So glad I made the change as it is a wonderful place to work . Staff are welcoming and friendly, I have seen so many times, staff interacting with our residents , going above and beyond to make a difference in their lives. If the day ever comes for my parents need to live in a nursing home, I will defiantly look at Heritage Pointe of Huntington as our first choice !

My mother enjoyed her residential apartment at the Heritage. She had fun going out to eat, visiting the Fort Wayne Childrens Zoo, taking rides at Christmastime and the many activities offered. As her health declined, she moved to Health Care where she had excellent care and was loved by the wonderful staff. The Heritage of Huntington "bent over backwards" to keep her safe, cared for and comfortable. They also kept me informed of any changes with Mom's medical or emotional changes. I would recommend Heritage Pointe of Huntington to anyone looking for care for thier loved one. Peggy Platt

Our Mom had a short stay for rehab which was very beneficial for her. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. All of her needs were met and we would highly recommend The Heritage of Huntington!
