The building and grounds are beautiful and centrally located to shopping and amenities w just the right amount of privacy and 'off the beaten path' feel. But the staff is what makes it a standout. Everyone who visits my family member there says 'this is where i want to go when its my time'.

Very kind staff. It is sush a family style environment and clean. I love the open kitchen for fruit, snacks , coffee and soda and nutritional items available to the residents. So loving and they make you feel appreciated. I can tell they will care everyday for our sister.

No one wants to leave their own home, but if you or your loved one needs a safe family-like atmosphere, Autumn Glen is the new home for you. The activities and programs are entertaining and the food is delicious! The staff is outstanding, from the top down!!! You will get to know them all by name. So if your loved one is lonely, or needs some extra care because of their health, I would highly recommend Autumn Glen. My father and brother live at Autumn Glen, and I have felt confident knowing they were treated with respect and given outstanding care: physically and emotionally. Spiritual opportunities are an option as well. After a visit at AG, I walk out knowing they are in great hands!

Autumn Glen has been a great place for my mom. The staff is fantastic and does everything they can to please their residents. The rooms and grounds are very pretty with many options to sit outside. The rooms are updated and very nice. There are many activities going on and holidays are celebrated with activities and decorations.

Autum Glen is a clean and respectable facility, whose administration is very professional, warm friendly, and has the best interest of their cliental first in providing great health care. Pat Jones is my Mother-in -law and refers to the facility as her Home. She is very pleased with the food and personal care given to her. There is not enough Stars for approval on how I feel about this facility. Management is Top Notch in all aspects.

This place is Amazing! I currently work here at Autumn Glen, and i have to say its the best environment iv ever witnessed working in long term care. Our nursing team is the most compasionate iv seen. Our dietary team is also amazing! Whipping up great tasting, nutritionaly balanced meals for our residents. We are one big family here at Autum Glen and i am proud and honored to work here!! I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. All AG staff has treated my family and I with dignity and respect. They truly care about their residence and staff. Autumn Glen is great. Father in law moved here at the beginning of 2022. He loves it, health improved massively and he has freedom. He talks highly of the nurses/cnas. This has been a good decision!

My grandparents are both residents here, and I live out of state. They love Greencastle and wanted to stay in this area that they loved into their golden years, and Autumn Glen has been such a God send. They actually moved in only a few months before the Covid19 pandemic shutdown, and it would have been almost impossible for them to have navigated that worldwide event by themselves. And being out of state, it would have been even harder for us to be able to assist them during this time. It gives my mom and I and our family such peace of mind knowing they are somewhere safe and secure with continual access to medical care and kind people who work there as well as wonderful meals, other people their age to visit with, and fun holiday celebrations, and group activities planned. Autumn Glen is such a warm, welcoming, hospitable, and homey place to live. The environment reminds me so much of the Florida senior living condos they resided in before when they were still snowbirds. My grandparents worked so hard all their lives and they deserve a living space now that has a stress free and uplifting atmosphere. Thank you so much to Autumn Glen for being great at communicating with family members as well as sharing posts and updates on social media so that we can feel even closer despite the distance.

My parents moved into Autumn Glen a few months before the pandemic and we knew it was a wonderful place as my grandfather spent his last years as a resident there. I live out of state and during the last year have not been able to visit as much as I would have if not for Covid but the staff has made this situation so much easier. They have taken wonderful care of my parents, kept them safe during the last year and contacted me with updates and any items my parents needed while they were not able to go out. They have worked hard to provide activities and events for the residents and keep their spirits up. This last year has been hard for so many reasons and not being able to see my parents more often has been one of the hardest things to go through but I really can not express the peace of mind I have from knowing they are safe, comfortable, well fed and protected by the wonderful people that work at Autumn Glen. Over the last year and a half I have had many opportunities to see how they take care of our families not just as residents but like they are their own personal family.

My mother has been living at Autumn Glen for seven years and has been very happy and well-cared for there. The staff is dedicated and thoroughly professional. Whenever I need assistance with an issue with Mom the staff is always willing and able to help me. We couldnt have picked a better place for my mom to live.

My mom has been there since last fall and she loves it. She always talks about how nice everyone is. She says she is treated and lives like a Queen. Good food. No cooking, cleaning or doing her laundry. Even during this pandemic she has been happy and content there. That makes me very happy. Would definitely recommend
