Our mother, Janice, lived at Autumn Glen in Greencastle, IN from April 2025 until she passed away this past weekend. She was so happy at Autumn Glen. From the administration to the aides, every single person cared for her and loved her”and she loved them back. She often said they were part of her family. The level of care she received was outstanding. The staff treated her with the utmost respect and genuine compassion. Her apartment was wonderful, and she truly felt at home. One of the things that always stood out to me was the interaction between the staff and the residents. It was always kind, warm, and attentive. I visited often, spending a lot of time there, and I never once saw any resident disrespected or ignored. Autumn Glen is more than a facility”it’s a family that takes care of each other. My Mother has been so happy at Autumn Glen. All the Nurses, Aides, Office, Maintenance, and Kitchen staff are so nice and helpful and make my Mom feel loved. It was tough making the move but once she got in there all she says is she feels like she is home.

Autum Glen is a clean and respectable facility, whose administration is very professional, warm friendly, and has the best interest of their cliental first in providing great health care. Pat Jones is my Mother-in -law and refers to the facility as her Home. She is very pleased with the food and personal care given to her. There is not enough Stars for approval on how I feel about this facility. Management is Top Notch in all aspects.

Autumn Glen has been a great place for my mom. The staff is fantastic and does everything they can to please their residents. The rooms and grounds are very pretty with many options to sit outside. The rooms are updated and very nice. There are many activities going on and holidays are celebrated with activities and decorations.

No one wants to leave their own home, but if you or your loved one needs a safe family-like atmosphere, Autumn Glen is the new home for you. The activities and programs are entertaining and the food is delicious! The staff is outstanding, from the top down!!! You will get to know them all by name. So if your loved one is lonely, or needs some extra care because of their health, I would highly recommend Autumn Glen. My father and brother live at Autumn Glen, and I have felt confident knowing they were treated with respect and given outstanding care: physically and emotionally. Spiritual opportunities are an option as well. After a visit at AG, I walk out knowing they are in great hands!

Very kind staff. It is sush a family style environment and clean. I love the open kitchen for fruit, snacks , coffee and soda and nutritional items available to the residents. So loving and they make you feel appreciated. I can tell they will care everyday for our sister.
