My mom has been at Story Point of Granger since December 2024 and we and she are so happy with everything about this senior living community. My mom gets such a smile by the friendly staff and hugs them all . She enjoys all the friendships of the residents and hugs them too . We are stress free now that my mom is living there and I check on her daily through cameras in her room, plus phone calls and I stop over a few times/week. The food is great & so much of it . The staff is great and keep everything very clean and sanitary. The nurses and aides are extraordinary! I wouldn’t want my mom anywhere else .

In looking at facilities to move my sister into we toured many. After meeting with Tiffany and touring Storypoint in Granger we were so sure of our choice that we didn't hesitate to make the move. everyone was exactly as they presented themselves the day we met them. Helpful, attentive, and made us feel seen and heard. Phone calls answered immediately, Craig the director is so fast on the pick up, they knew our names and made us feel like humans. The facility is updated and bright, sit in the reception area for a bit and it feels like a vibrant, upbeat, friendly apartment complex. Even though the transition has been a hard transition for us as a family, the staff and facility have made it so incredibly easy. Such a needed tool when navigating new waters.

StoryPoint is family and community.short and simple. Our mom was of course afraid and uncertain when she moved in, but everyone- and I mean everyone- was so arm and welcoming and compassionate. Every resident is called by name from the moment they’ve moved in. Family visitors are considered part of the StoryPoint family too. We are very grateful we found StoryPoint- our mom is safe and known and supported and cared for. We cannot imagine a better space for our mom. Our family has had a wonderful experience with StoryPoint’s Memory Care. The staff has been incredibly compassionate, professional, and attentive while working with our Grammy, and it truly shows how much they care about their residents. Craig (Executive Director) sets a positive and supportive tone for the entire community. Jasmine (Property Manager) is always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Jessica (Activities Director) does an amazing job creating engaging, meaningful activities that bring joy and connection to the residents. Tiffany (DON) is outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply committed to the health and well-being of everyone in her care. What we appreciate most is how willing the team is to work closely with our family and meet Grammy where she is, with patience, dignity, and respect. Knowing she is in such capable and caring hands gives us great peace of mind. When I first moved my grandmother into the memory care unit at StoryPoint of Granger, the environment felt warm, supportive, and truly family-oriented. Unfortunately, everything changed after the new Executive Director, Craig Clemens, took over. Since his arrival, the atmosphere has gone downhill significantly. What was once compassionate and resident-focused now feels cold, aggressive, and driven purely by business priorities rather than genuine care for vulnerable residents. His demeanor is dismissive and confrontational, and it is painfully clear that empathy and compassion are not his priorities. Memory care is not just another business, these are people’s parents and grandparents who deserve dignity, patience, and heartfelt care. Leadership in this industry requires passion, understanding, and respect for families. Sadly, that is not what is being demonstrated here. The change in leadership has completely altered the culture of this facility, and not for the better. I would like to note that I am extremely thankful for the other staff members who give this place hope and the commitment to a better future.

Most places are short staff and not a lot of activities for residents, this is amazing place for your love one , staff are amazing , as well as management along with the great activities they have daily for a residence. I can’t say enough about our Story Point experience. From the first meeting/tour with Tiffany, move in and now finding the rhythm of new life we are so grateful and thrilled. After touring 5 local communities, there was no question which community experience was the right fit for our loved one. We had to move quickly, relocating from out of state and this Story Point team was ready to roll and did not skip a beat. Jessica and her staff have been amazing getting our family acclimated to life at Story Point. Our family’s resident has made a seamless transition and was settled in right away. We have been there most everyday since move in and have found the residents and staff to be consistent, present helpful and pleasant. Life transitions are huge and stressful and can be so sad the recovery began for us the day we moved our family member in. It’s been a wonderful experience and we couldn’t be more grateful.

My dad just moved into StoryPoint in the memory care unit a few weeks ago. It is a beautiful, lots of natural lighting, clean open concept facility. StoryPoint has wonderful, kind and super friendly staff who engage with all the residents and communicate regularly with families. Food is great too! Lots of activities for the residents to participate and enjoy. Friends and families are encourage to visit. My dad’s apartment/room is warm and inviting with a nice amount of space with a nice view. Story Point definitely changed my perspective on senior living and memory care. It makes my brother and I feel comfortable and confident about placing our dad in this facility for his long-term care. This is in regards to the Housekeeping director Nichol Fuller. Even tho none of my family members are at Storypoint Nichol was a great help when the time came for my sister and brother inlaw to go into assisted living. They live in Az and it was a very hard decision. My brother inlaw as dementia and my sister has polio and has been in a wheel chair for many years. Nichol helped me undetstand the different stages a dementia person goes thru and shared a video with me. The advice she has given me as been so helpful. I feel as tho she goes above and beyond. Shes a very compassionate person who enjoys being and doing and caring for those around her. If i could move my sister and brother inlaw to Storypoint i would. I know they would get the care that they deserve and truly believe Nichol would see to that. There need to be more people like her in this profession. Thumbs up to Nichol Fuller.

My mom has been a resident now for 2 years. The care she is receiving is very comforting to her and myself. All of the staff has been very assistive. Being 2600 miles away I have been able to relay my questions easily and receive a response quickly. Mom is very happy at Story Point and enjoys the residence activity. She has so many friends there both Staff and residents.

Story Point is my mom’s happy place! The staff and residents provide my mom with a community of friendship and caring each and everyday. She enjoys participating in a variety of provided activities there so she stays mentally, physically, and spiritually engaged. The staff welcomed our family to the facility by extending helpful knowledge and actions which facilitated mom’s transition to her new home. We have participated in many celebrations at Story Point as they create a festive environment for traditional holidays as well as staff initiated events. The assisted living benefits provide helpful care, making for comfortable living. It is easy to communicate with Story Point’s professional staff with any questions or concerns. We have all been treated with respect and kindness, and consider mom’s new friends ours too!

My husband and I have been here for about 2 years now in May. However last June he passed away! But everyone here especially nurses took care of him and me with no complaints whatsoever! Since we could no longer live in our big house we found story point to be our best option all the way around! I have recommended this place to everyone that I've talked to! My parents had been living in an independent living community at another location when my mom’s dementia started getting worse last summer. We looked at three different locations in the Granger area and really liked what we saw at Story Point. Tiffany did an excellent job showing us around and explaining the services they provided. We moved my parents to an assisted living apartment in August. It quickly became apparent that Mom needed more care because she would wander off while my dad was napping and get lost in the parking lot. We ended up moving both of them into a double room apartment in memory care in September. This proved to be a good move for Dad as well because his health was declining quickly and he passed away in November. We moved my mom into a studio apartment in January. We have been very happy with the memory care staff for the excellent care they’re giving Mom and with Tiffany for helping us with all of the moves. Mom has been very happy with the food and with the activities that are provided. Most days when we go to visit, we find her in one of the activity areas. I would definitely recommend Story Point of Granger.

My parents have been a part of the Story Point Granger Senior Living Community for 6 months. As a family, we are very pleased with what we have experienced and see when we visit. The staff are kind and caring and make everyone feel welcome. They have a genuine concern for their residents. There are numerous activities to participate in from sun up until sun down ~ spiritual, social, entertainment, exercise, arts and crafts ~ the list goes on ! The facility is well maintained and cared for both inside and out. Convenient location to the many shopping areas and restaurants in Mishawaka.

My mother was in very poor health physically and mentally before becoming a resident at Story Point. After just 2 months of being at Story Point she is doing so much better. She could barely walk even with a walker but now she walks great without it but still uses it when she leaves her apartment. She loves living there and enjoys and appreciates all of the staff. It is very impressive how all the staff remembers everyone's names and apartment numbers. My mom requires alot of monitoring of her many ailments. She has said numerous times how much the staff checks on her and takes time to talk with her on a professional and personal basis. She says the food is good and she gets more then she can eat. She also enjoys the extra activities that Story Point offers. If you want your elderly loved one to get the best care, do not hesitate to have them become part of the Story Point Community.

Not good for dementia patients. Patient has often been found with dirty room, poor hygiene, newly purchase clothing disappears. Would not recommend to anyone. If I had a say on her behalf she would be out of there.

I will always be grateful for the staff at StoryPoint for the kindness they showed me when my dad passed away due to heart failure, and we had to move my mom from independent living into the memory care unit. It was during the pandemic lock down and the staff took extra time out to make sure my mom got moved safely and efficiently, even unpacking all her things and making her apartment into a lovely cozy home. They continued to watch after her for the remainder of the lock down when I could not be there for her. A huge thanks to all the staff for everything that you do!!
