Caring
My father has been here since Oct 2017 and I have seen major changes going on with staff and residents. Positive changes! Care is improving, food is improving, activities are great! My wife and I are so happy to know that the staff really does care about the quality of life and I would recommend Chapman Place to everyone who was looking.

Caring
The rooms at Harbour are kind of small, and we were looking for a couple. They had a lot of activities. It's more of a high-rise or multi-story facility. The tour was very positive. There wasn't a lot of pressure. The person that took us around really had a lot of ideas and new other resources. She wasn't pressuring me to go there.

My parents lived here for a year together, and now my Mom lives here alone. She has severe dementia, and is beautifully cared for. But the things that are important to me are not the things we pay for. Yes, it is expensive. Yes, it is never perfect. But there are so many staff that she sees as part of her family. They have made an effort to interact with her on a more intimate level, and that has made such a difference to her.
