This is a lovely community located acrooss from Lutheran Hospital. Their rehab department is one of the finest in Fort Wayne. I have had and excellent experience with the fine people in the rehab. Highly recommend.

Steven in physical therapy is AMAZING!!!My mother was not wanting to do therapy and he called me and rearranged his schedule so I could come and assist with her "mood".Well We got her up and doing occupational and physical therapy today!!!!You are VERY lucky to have him .See you tomorrow Steven and my whole family APPRECIATE YOU and thank you!!

Very lovely community with skilled professionals. They deliver exceptionally kind care. I see they also just passed an annual inspection with a perfect score! I 100% would recommend Coventry Meadows for your loved one to rehab and get stronger!

The nursing staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The CNAs were patient and helpful. The physical therapy department was wonderful and I very much appreciated the woman that washed my hair!

I'd love to rate staff individually, but I can't. Those absolutely wonderful attentive nursing et supportive staff members make it great like Lisa, whose been working on the rehab side for our lovely personality. Other members of the staff have been less than pleasant to try speaking with when we need information or things. Shout out to Lisa! So many of us have nothing but lovely positive thoughts et things to say and compliment you about that sets you apart from the rest. Some of the aides like Georgette C. also that we've had the pleasure of seeing on our times here have Been timely, caring and attentive when we use the call light et of couse others..not so much. Places seem to always have the go to and above et beyond staff member and we agree..Lisa, you're positively the IT at Coventry Meadows Rehab. You are the go to person we all love along with our personality that must be there for a time. I hope Coventry Meadows Rehab staff et higher ups know how absolutely blessed they are to have some excellent staff that excell at their positions.

Coventry Meadows is a beautiful community! The staff members are friendly and attentive to the residents. Jeremy, the Director of Admissions is very helpful and easy to talk to!

The staff was great. The food was so so. The bed had no place to put the call button or bed control, so I had to get out bed to call the help. The light also could not be reached from the bed. The toilet does not flush. It broke two days ago.

Such a great community to place a loved one. Very compassionate, caring & patient with their residents. LOVE the weekly Wednesday live action music. Clean building. Residents always seem happy to be up and out strolling around. Executive Director & DNS are always sure to answer questions to the best of their ability & never let anything fall through the cracks. The menu allows you to choose different items at all meals to fit what you would have a taste for. All staff takes your questions and concerns into consideration & follow up with you. I wouldn’t pick any other place to have my loved one in. This place will make you feel as if your loved one is right at home with you.

My 90 yr old mom has been here for over 2 years and the staff is always respectful and compassionate. The facility is clean and any health problems are always addressed quickly. I visit at least weekly and I have never heard anyone be unkind. I highly recommend if you are concerned about your loved one getting quality care. Thanks Coventry!

When I first walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff members eager to help! Upon touring, I noticed that it wasn't just the front office staff members that were friendly, but rather everyone was kind, compassionate, and caring! The residents there look so happy and engaged in activities. This is the place I will want my loved ones to reside in if I am in need in the future. Thank you Coventry Meadows for making me feel welcome and more comfortable throughout this process!

The first thing you notice about this facility is it's cleanliness. As you walk through the hall you don't feel like you are in a nursing home with all the friendly smiles and hard working staff. It is always good to see the residents and staff interact with animals. There are always a few dogs that come to visit to brighten their day.

What a beautiful campus near the Eagle Marsh area!! They have everything from senior apartments to assisted living to rehab, memory care and nursing facility. Everything we need for our aging parents all in one place.. The team is so professional and knowledgeable, and they REALLY care about their residents as if they were their very own family. They even called to check in with discharged patients after they return home.

Great staff. Very caring and compassionate. I watch as the staff members go above and beyond for the needs of the residents. Kelly works endless hours many days to make sure things are taken care of and to see that staffing needs and residents needs are taken care of. Always works to get to the root of any issue and makes sure always to recognize someone for a job well done.

Mere words cannot express how we fell about the staff that we witnessed tonight! The nurses and respiratory therapist went above and beyond for our loved one! She was only a patient for less than four hours. The staff displayed an example of how true patient care should be reflected! Thank you all so much!!!! Nurse Cheryl, Respiratory Therapist Troy, and to the nurse and therapist before them (I am sorry but I didn't get your names). It was so chaotic with our love one vitals in critical levels! As retirement homes go it's a pretty nice retirement home. But they are well understaffed with few that strive to take care of the patients and more that seem like they are just there for a pay check. The assisted living portion is very nice though.

Great rehab facility. Very poor assisted living memory care unit. I can't say enough good things about the rehab facility. Clean, people care, lots of staff, and the food looked good. After rehab we moved my father to the Memory Care unit across the street. We thought it would be similar to the rehab facility. Wrong, complete opposite. The food, what little there is, is all processed food and poor quality. There is almost no staff. The rooms don't get cleaned, and the laundry service is pretty much non-existent. This place cost over $5000 a month, and the level of service for that kind of money is very poor. We had to break the lease based on them not providing the services stated in the contract, and move my father out.
