My experience there was not worth it. As a HHA the pay was pretty poor for all the work you had to do specially working in dementia care. They would drop your hours because of how many cnas you would have!HR screws up your check all the time. Nothing but drama there with the aids/ cnas. They leave the residents in soiled briefs are a accident will happen and they don't ever report it. DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY THERE TO LIVE!Let's just say that they can't even keep someone to work the front office. I walked out today after 3 months because of the drama with the cnas and how the management is. Those residents deserve better then what this company is doing.

Caring, compassionate owner and management! Always has the neighbors (residents) best interest and care as the #1 priority, no matter what! I have never seen a facility that truly cared and commit the way they do at Oasis.

Oasis Dementia Care was outstanding in dealing with our family in a very stressful time. I believe being locally owned is a very positive factor. I highly recommend Oasis to anyone considering memory care for their family.

My mom was in oasis for awhile before she passed and I can't praise the staff highly enough. She was at a different high end facility before but there was no comparison in her happiness and ours with Oasis versus the other place. Oasis was incredible.
