Was just trying to schedule transportation to Dr. appointment. We were JUST informed that transportation is NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!! The cost IS STILL coming out of everyone’s rent. No noticed on the mail box. We’re is the property manager notifying everyone of this major change?

The front office staff (TK and Kirsten) make the difference here. They help with any issue that pops up. The apartments are clean, older, and quite nice. Landscape crew are great (mowing around the honeysuckle, thank you), here weekly. Maintenance seems to be stretched thin. The rent is going up for the second year in a row, I am assured that that is the market in Evansville... I would recommend this complex.

Called in a work order February 27 of this year just a couple days ago. I got my jobs done partially and I still need a large plate from my stove and my batteries put in for my smoke alarms. They haven't been done yet. The guy said he'd be back the next day now here it is 24 April and I still don't have all this work done. I don't wait almost 2 months to pay rent. I don't think I should have to wait almost 2 months to get something repaired in my apartment for the rent, I pay. This is unacceptable and I hope that this can be rectified as soon as possible. I've been here 13 years and this establishment and shouldn't have to go begging the office to fix what they're supposed to be fixing when I need it fixed. I've been here for several years and I've really liked it. I've enjoyed it the maintenance personnel here are friendly and helpful. Kyle does a great job. He's been here a few times helping me with things. I appreciate everything and Kyle needs to get a raise. He's a good worker and a good employee. Thank you very much.

We enjoy living here. Our neighbors are awesome. My husband is bed bound and I still work full time so its nice to not have to worry about maintenance, grass, snow etc.

We moved here in July and have been waiting on a storm door that was order when we moved in! Asking if we can get a concrete slab poured behind apartment like all our neighbors have in our unit! We also have to wait for a screen to be ordered for our kitchen faucet because they don't have any available on site! Appliances are old and we bought our own! Dryer wouldn't dry clothes good and washer was old agitation washer that messed up my clothes! I've been asking if they have a storage unit available for me to rent and was told they would have to have maintenance check them to see if one is empty! Still no reply because maintenance men don't stay here! We were told by one of 6 since we been here that they don't supply them with vehicle or a place to break for lunch! They don't do regular changing of filters or smoke alarm batteries! People don't obey speed limit and no one back here to enforce it! For the rent we pay I expected better!

A few nights ago a tree fell on the backside of the apartment barely missing my mother. It took out the gutter, damaged the roof and broke all her personal items. With the storms we're getting, I've had to tarp the back door to try and stop water flow into my mom's apartment. It needs to be taken seriously and fixed asap! All we hear is that it'll be fixed when they get around to it. It needs to be fixed now! It'll be more damage when water enters the apartment. She loves living here and is one of few longest residents but this has stressed her heart!

I just moved here in March 2020. I think Stone Creek should fix the walkways and paint the posts on the carports and re-stripe the lot. The yard maintenance leaves much to be desired. It is sad to see the community has not been kept up as it should be, because there are so many people that have lived here for over 10 years.

Way to not go again Leisure Living Apartments. The grass wasn't cut again and it will be going on three weeks if they don't mow until next week. This is a health issue, not to mention taking advantage of senior citizens. There is no scheduled routine maintenance for furnace filter changes, smoke detector battery replacement, and no building-wide pest control. Caveat emptor!

I have lived here for over a year. Things are getting better since the new manager started. Routine maintenace is not a good as it should be but has improved a little. I have a remodeled unit that has beautiful flooring in the living area and it is spacious for my wheelchair bound husband. Some exterior areas need attention. There is a wonderful sense of community here with the other residents.

I love my place here at Leisure Living. My neighbors are great and very friendly. I would give it a 5 star review, except they can't seem to get the lawn crew to mow the grass, or when they do it is left all over your patio and entrance ways, and the trash cans are always full and overflowing!

We have lived at Leisure Living for 14 months and are well pleased. We downsized from our bilevel home to our 3 bedroom unit with a garage. We like our spacious unit! My only suggestion would be to provide the community with better communication. We live close to the area where apparently expansion will be taking place but have heard nothing directly from the office, even after the woods was taken down the last week of March. There are so many rumors from neighbors but feel that those of us that live in the area of apparent construction deserve to know what is going on.

My mom lived there. The managers are difficult to get in touch with. You will usually need to leave a message. The apartments are expensive. My mom paid $830.00 a month for a two bedroom that had indoor/outdoor carpeting, the cheap linoleum floors in the kitchen, and everything is contractor grade. Cheap,cheap,cheap! Don't let yourself be deceived. When we inquired about a front screen door missing on her apartment we were told we could buy one from them and this would include installation. When her toilet overflowed and went through her entire bedroom,living room, and even her neighbors apartment they dried it out but we were responsible for getting it cleaned. They sent a letter stating she needed to renew her contract or her rent would be going up. I felt like this was some kind of extortion. She feared the increase, and without any other options, she renewed. There was algae and mold constantly on the fencing, dogs relieved themselves in the area next to her apartment and owners left the piles behind which made it impossible for my mom to sit outside. This was not managements fault, they did ask for owners of pets to pick up the messes left by their pets. All in all, I think the rent is entirely too high for the kind of carpet, cabinets, and fixtures they have. Believe me, any extras will cost you. I think apartments designed for seniors, there would be some consideration for cost. Also, don't try to get in touch with corporate you won't find a number. When you do move out, be prepared for them to stick you one more time by making you pay for the carpet cleaning of their cheap "carpets". Read your contract carefully or read your parents contract carefully. The only reason I gave two stars, was for the area. Careful driving at night the road is not lit. Vectren or whoever needs to put lights on this road.
