Beautiful building. Shaun was a great tour guide and is very knowledgeable. Staff were engaging with the residents, as they were getting ready to get on the bus to walmart. Definately considering it for my mom.

My name is David. I'm 83 years old and have lived with my Bride of 51 years, in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Assisted Care apartment for 1 1/2 years here at "Harmony at Elkhart". My wife is wheelchair bound and deaf, with no balance. I am her primary care giver. Why HARMONY? 1. It's New (Smells wonderful: even in the elevators), It's spacious and offered us the amenities we were looking for such as: Three delicious meals a day always with two entree choices all available in a modern, classy, full service restaurant. 2. A sensitive Administrative, Medical, Dining, Life Enrichment and Physical Therapy staff, all in tune to our personal needs. 3. Room cleaning and clothes washing/drying twice a week or more if desired. 4. Daily and evening planned activities of which there is just no way we can't keep up. This includes professional theater entertainment, movies and weekly bus trips off site via the 16 passenger Harmony bus. 5. We are within 2 miles of churches and 5 miles of shopping, I'd like to say, "We've hit a BULLS EYE at Harmony" with Family serving Families, most of the time in great Harmony together. Edit: I would like to give a shout out to Victoria Parker, as an employee she treats the residents at Harmony with compassion and respect. As for my wife in the memory care unit, she treated Karen with love and even though my wife could not communicate it in words, I could see it in Karen's eyes when Victoria showed up that she loved her. I can never repay the kindness that she showed to our whole family. The Harmony at Elkhart has been a blessing to my family and myself. They are always willing to answer any questions we have . It's starts with the receptionist up to the general manager. The food is excellent with plenty of variety. CNA and nursing staff are always willing to answer any questions about my wife. Rachel who's in charge of the nursing area has went above and beyond to be there for my wife. When I leave for the day I know that she's in good hands. I'm blessed to have found such a caring facility.

Harmony is such a beautiful facility. The staff is very welcoming everytime we come to visit. They have made this transition for my Mom very pleasant. She absolutely adores her space that she has there. It reminds her of home. I will definitely recommend this facility. They are truly doing such an awesome job!

Last week I attended the first monthly Alzheimer's Support Group on the memory unit at Harmony of Elkhart. It was so great to connect with the other families going through the same thing I am. Michelle, the harmony square director has done an amazing job improving and implementing things on harmony square. I'm so blessed to have my loved one there!

The attention to detail this facility has is incredible, with a gorgeous building, and care that exceeds expectations. The staff treats the tenants far better than I have ever seen. From the staff to the living situation, it is one of if not the best options for assisted living around, The Director Of Nursing and the Harmony Square Director are amazing, and where very thorough and helpful through the process. Since I relocated my family member to the facility I haven't seen her this happy in a very long time, I can recommend this facility. Deciding for assisted living is a very difficult choice, you want everything to be perfect, and this is the closest one to perfection that I have found, so I can say to you reading this... this should be one of your top choices.

I've been there since before the opening in January. My parents moved in on the 20th. Fast forward to current I am pleased to say things have really come together! The nursing staff the dining staff etc are all great and do a wonderful job with the residents. The occupational therapy physical therapy is on point! The nursing staff is very organized and has a good team! I really like the on-site podiatry and nurse practitioner available for general health care needs... That really helps out not having to take my parents elsewhere for medical care unless it's specialist visit etc. It is a pleasure to be a part of the team, as well as enjoy the time with my parents in assisted living. Thankyou for all that you do!!!!

It was such a pleasure to perform live music at Harmony, Elkhart. Both the facilities and the staff created a wonderful experience at the Grand Opening. The residents and guests were enthusiastic about the music, enjoying their favorite jazz standards. Highly recommended.

Attended the Open House and was impressed with the ALL of the following: Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Care Staff! The building is gorgeous with all the amenities a resident could possibly ask for! I spoke with several residents; all of which seemed extremely happy!

Attended the open house and I was so impressed!!! The executive director, director of nursing, and care staff were amazing. The building is amazing and I love all the amenities they offer for their residents. I was able to meet a few residents and they all were very happy with their accommodations.

Harmony is a beautiful facility. They take very good care of my Aunt. She's so happy and they communicate with me so well. The changes that the Director of Nursing and Executive Director have made are amazing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and up to date. I would definitely recommend Harmony.

Like I've stated in previous reviews this place was a in short words a dumpster fire. Idk if management got their heads out of their butts, if employees that now work here actually care about the residents, or if just in general the employers and employees of this place got tired of being the worst establishment around but I can finally say this place is closer to where it should have been from the start. Complaints are like a whisper compared to the never ending echos before. I think I can finally move on knowing that the lovely residents I left behind are finally getting the right care and the safe care that they deserve and pay for! The lack of care had once disgusted me and once made me feel embarrassed to say I work here. They finally got the shhhh together now it's up to powers beyond my control to keep it that way! I just pray they don't start slacking again they finally have an established worthy of its beautiful building!

Harmony is Beautiful place to live. I'm currently trying to get my mother into his place. I met some very nice people today while I was there the DON Rachel was very polite. Show me around the building. They have a lot to offer. Really hoping my Dad pick Harmony for my mom the Memory Care unit would fit her perfectly!!!! Keep up the good work
