I am so impressed with the memory care unit under the supervision of Ms Jamie. The place is so homey, and the nurses and cna's are very kind to the residents. A friend is in residence there and it is a joy to see how well she is cared for.

This is a wonderful campus that I've had the pleasure of visiting several times! Each time I come the staff are so very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've had two grandparents at Greenleaf, most recently my grandmother was on both the assisted living side as well as the health care side. I'm so thankful she was in a great place that helped care for her in her final days. The nursing staff were great, Activities are amazing and building is so clean and odor free. The therapy department was great and always very active. I've been a nurse for 17 years and an employee of Greenleaf for almost a year and I can't say enough great things about my team.

My mother is very well taken care of by the staff at Greenleaf Assisted Living in Elkhart, though they are short staffed. My only issue would be access to physician care. There have been a couple of times My family has asked for a doctor to see Mom and I don't believe she ever saw a doctor. Thankfully the issues resolved by themselves, once with the help of a nurse. Hopefully more staff will be found soon.

Made the switch to this facility this spring and so glad I did. The activities department knocks it out of the park every day providing a top notch program to entertain and engage all residents at all levels. Therapists are phenomenal and go above and beyond to restore function for rehab patients and manage chronic conditions. I love my management team. So happy to be at a place that places residents first!!

Beautiful campus with amazing staff! In a challenging era for long term care nursing this team pulls together and does whatever it takes to care for their residents. I have never seen a company do so much to ensure quality of life for their residents. From happy hour on Fridays to Theme dinners i love this place! Culinary goes above and beyond with the food and the Life enrichment team knocks it out of the park everytime.
