The Whitlock Place is one of the best places I have seen for people to be Worth being a nursing home set up or assisted-living. The workers there are awesome and just the atmosphere itself makes you feel so much better. When I visit the people there as a pastor it’s amazing how happy they are. All of these comments are from folks who obviously don't live here and/or have been drinking the cool aide. This place is an abomination. Absent management seldom here, a lot of unattended repairs, and significantly understaffed. Corporate owner not interested in hearing complaints and those that they do hear are ignored. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Whitlock Place cared well for my mother and frequently communicated her needs and levels of care. The staff encouraged residents to attend all of the well planned activities in order for the residents to socialize together. Meals were very well prepared according to personal menu choices and always on time. The facility and rooms were always clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond when my mother was moved out of the facility and into hospice care. My only complaint was when I dropped off a thank you card in tears the day my mother died, when a staff member chased me out the doors asking me to provide a review.

My mother was at Whitlock Place in Crawfordsville IN for almost 3 years. She had dimensia and low vision, and was hard of hearing. During her stay I saw nothing but caring, compassionate people taking care of her. Everyone knew her by name, knew what she liked (chocolate!), and how to care for someone with dimensia. As mom's dimensia worsened the staff never faltered, always being kind to her. Mom loved it there and I believe the staff and other residents were the reason why.

The Whitlock Place is a well kept and clean place. My best friend moved in there in December. She has been very happy socializing with the other residents and staff. Kelly and Chad have been excellent and provide her any assistance that she asks. I recommend this facility to anybody. The facility environment is positive and relaxing. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent services you provide.

Our mother has been a resident at Whitlock Place, in Crawfordsville, Indiana, for several years. All staff (including facility leadership, health care, and services personnel) do a great job! Their hard work and safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic have been exceptional! We felt our mother was in the safest of hands. Just today I ran into a friend who was bringing a loved one to live at Whitlock. If you visit, you will not be disappointed.

This is the only Assisted Living apartment I've ever visited in Crawfordsville, but if all the Assisted Living apartment are as well managed as Whitlock Place, Indiana seniors should retire in Crawfordsville.
