We just recently moved my mother into Keepsake. To say the staff has been accommodating would be an understatement. When we toured the facility we brought a large group and Heather was very helpful. We very much wanted our mother to feel as if this decision was solely hers and all questions she directed at her. She spent over two hours with our group on a Saturday evening! She was extremely knowledgeable about the community and services offered. The compassion she showed to our mother and family is rare and a hard quality to find in todays world. During the beginning of our search Luan communicated via email and telephoned very effectively and efficiently as some of our group had to make a trip from out of state to view the facility. We love the facility and cannot wait to make memories with our mother in this next stage of her life.

Loved it. Visited the facility with Mom, it felt warm and friendly. The residents were engaged and enjoying activities. Great first impression as there was a lot of life in the community. Its definitely a place I will consider when Mom is ready to move forward with her memory care.

I took a tour with a large group of my family with Heather one late afternoon. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She directed most questions to my aunt making her feel extremely important and that this move was her decision and not ours. Heather showed us the facility without making us feel like she was selling us her services. This is very important when making such a hard decision for your family member. Our aunt currently lives in Keepsake Village and we could not ask for better care. We have interacted with the executive director on the lease signing and other instances and have been made to feel very welcomed in the community. Overall fantastic group of employees and community!
