First impressions are important. When mom decided it was time to look at assisted living facilities, Cedar Creek in Bedford was our first and last visit. After just a few hours of touring and questions, mom knew it was the place for her. Now 4 months later, it still is the perfect place for her. My sisters and I visit Mom at all kinds of different times. The staff is always engaging with both residents and guests. The facility is spotless and inviting. Jeff, the maintenance director helped with moving mom in and takes care of all things mom needs from hanging shelves to repairing equipment and more. The facility also allows dogs which has been huge in mom feeling at home in her studio apartment. Everyone was patient and supportive as Daisy Mae adjusted to the her new home. This is one time that the first impression proved true and has even grown as she settled into her new home. Mom is able to receive physical therapy on site, attend craft sessions, play Bingo, do daily devotions, have access to a nurse to help manage her health needs and participate in group outings. The peace of mind that Cedar Creek has given to her four daughters can not be underestimated. Mom has access to immediate help 24 hours a day. Kim, the director does an outstanding job with balancing all the dynamics families experience in transitioning to assisted living. We are so thankful we found the right place for our mom on our first try!

Cedar Creek is a very nice assisted living home. The facility is very clean and has a very homey atmosphere. The facility workers are very nice, polite and will do everything they can to try and meet all of your needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living home Don Gratzer

After months of worry, "incidents", and concern, I had to make a decision about my mother. Of course you go back and forth in your head of wondering if you're able to care for your parent yourself and the guilt that goes along with that. Every case is different but I'm raising a grandchild, helping raise another, and felt like I was being torn in so many directions. I was trying to shop, clean, do laundry and take care of Mom and two households. I was exhausted. I researched different facilities, sat down and worked "the numbers" on whether I could pay for private care at home, and it was actually more than the cost of assisted living, so I scheduled a meeting with Katrina at Bliss Place. She was very professional, warm, informative, caring, and answered every question I had. No one wants to leave a home they've lived in for most of their life but sometimes you have to make that choice for them, no matter how difficult it is. Mom has always been very independent and had a difficult time adjusting at first, but seems to be very happy there now. The staff is wonderful, caring, and they all work together no matter what needs done. Mom has made friends and has people to talk to all day, as well as constant daily activities to keep her busy. Her apartment is cleaned weekly, her laundry and sheets washed, and she has three healthy meals a day. I can now rest knowing she's taken care of 24/7, and know I can call at any time to get information about med changes, have her oxygen or blood pressure checked, and just find out in general how she's doing and what kind of trouble she's causing that day! 🙂 You are all appreciated! I would recommend this facility to anyone!

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Bliss Place. The staff is wonderful to not only their residents but also the family. We can rest knowing that our Dad is being well taken care of. The communication from the staff is top notch. If I ever need to be placed in an assisted living Bliss Place is where I would want to be. THANK YOU BLISS FAMILY!!!

My parents chose to live at Bliss should the need ever arise unfortunately my mother did not make it to live there, my dad does however live there now and personally I feel he made a great choice, the staff there shows a genuine concern for all of their residents..

As a health care provider I love Bliss Place. The staff is always friendly and cooperative, the residents are well cared for. The facility is very clean, residents are treated well, they have a resident ambassador that represent them. Lots of activities. They have their own physical therapy department. The nurses are devoted to the residents, they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the residents get what they need and more. I enjoy going there to see my patients.

Bliss Place provides a homelike environment that is welcoming to everyone. All the employees are so genuine, compassionate and caring. All of the Residents are treated like close family. The services that they provide are truly exceptional, from the overall appearance and cleanliness to the amazing food and menue selections that they provide. Just an all around great place if you want the best care for your loved one.

Staff are concerned, educated, available, friendly and caring. Every detail is covered from 1st appt. to move in. Every effort is invested by Kim Watson, ED, and her team to ensure that health and wellness goals are achieved and maintained with compassion, friendliness and patience. Bliss Place offers accessibility and safety features throughout. Social areas are visible to staff, clean and welcoming. This new home allows pets and provides an apartment, with kitchenette, to be filled with treasured items from home. There are activities for those who enjoy participating as well as weekly beauty shop/barber, manicures, trash removal and laundry service. Loved ones have all of the necessities covered for them so they have time to be social and get involved. I highly recomnend Bliss Place under Kim Watson's management. Add this facility to your list before you sign anywhere else!

Bliss Place is a caring, wonderful place. My parents moved to Bliss Pace over two years ago, and not a day goes by that I am not thrilled with B.P. My Dad passed away with Altzheimers, and the care he received before his passing, was exemplary. My mother has been cared for with love, and patience, and I could tell many stories of the care she receives. Thank you, Bliss Place!

Bliss Placing is an amazing Senior Assisted Living HOME. The staff is by fay the best of the best. They have provided outstanding support to my Mother and family as she transitions through the stages of Alzheimers. We moved my mother in law in about 2 months ago and are so relieved knowing that she is well taken care of and can't get out and wander. Safety and security is top of the list of concerns of mine and my husbands and with her living at Bliss Place, I no longer have to worry.

We used Bliss Place for my sister battling cancer. She was there a short time before she passed but we were extremely pleased with the care she was given. She was at a stage of being helpless and unable to ask for help. They checked on her every two hours and constantly checked her to see if she needed anything. She was bed fast and incontinent and they were so gentle taking care of her. The food was good and they were very accommodating when she didn't like what they were serving. All of the staff was over the top nice! I can't say enough good things about this place! I would recommend it to everyone!
