I didn't realize how ABSOLUTELY disappointing my mother's experience with a different nursing home in Noble County was until she started rehab at Sacred Heart. Selena, the social worker, has been BEYOND helpful through these difficult circumstances. She is readily available to speak with, she is clearly passionate about the work she does, and has gone out of her way to help bring peace of mind. I couldn't say anything close to this following our last nursing home experience. Good social workers are a Godsend, and Selena has been nothing short. I couldn't thank her or recommend her enough.

Our mother was in the LTC facility & hospice & we could not have chosen a more professional compassionate place. The staff was compassionate, caring, & very educated on the needs of our Mother & our family. So glad we found this facility, home.

My Grandmother has been living at the Assisted Living part of Sacred Heart from almost 3 years now. Im 2,000 miles away, but Katy and Megan communicate with me anytime I need them or have questions, concerns about her care and her health. My grandma tells me all the time she is so happy there and the staff is so sweet and helpful to her. Its wonderful to know shes able to maintain her independence and have caring and supportive health care professionals on site every day.
