The Radcliffe is a special place! Beautiful, with artwork and flowers; clean, and the staff is phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly, and they are very accommodating. I visited my former neighbor and, being in health care, could not be more impressed!

I’ve trusted The Radcliff with both of my parents and was glad that they were able to live in such a great place for their final years. My mother was at the facility in 2021-2022, and my father lived his last year there in 2025. My wife came across Radcliff in 2021 while we were searching for a new nursing home for my mother. We were extremely dissatisfied with the level of care she was receiving at her original facility, so we were looking to move her. From the moment we visited the Radcliff, we knew that this was the place we wanted her to go. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility, and the friendliness of the staff extended to every single person that we interacted with. I was confident that mom would be in a better place that was pleasant and safe. She passed away in 2022, and again I was impressed by the care and comfort that she received from the Radcliff staff in those final days. A few years later when it became apparent that my dad could no longer live on his own, it was a sure thing as far as I was concerned that we would again select The Radcliff. They went above and beyond to help make his move go as smoothly as possible. He really enjoyed his time there, and I was glad that he made friends with staff and residents and became part of a community. He enjoyed palling around with the staff, and they always made him feel welcome and that he belonged. He raved about Radcliff’s live entertainment, as well as movie night. The facility even has a greenhouse area with plants/plant related activities that he enjoyed. The quality and variety of the meals are also top notch, and he would often brag about the good food! While Radcliff has a price point that is a bit higher than other facilities we looked at, it was well worth it. Like anything else, you get what you pay for, and elder care is no exception. Special shout out to Concierge Keith; he is attentive, cheerful, and always makes sure every need was attended to. My dad was lucky to have Keith looking out for him! I will be forever grateful to the whole team at The Radcliff for the excellent care they provided for my parents, and would choose them again if I had it all to do over again.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with The Radcliff. Mom was the happiest we’ve seen her in years, enjoying the activities and social interactions and especially the kindness of the staff. She was apprehensive about leaving her home and within weeks she had made new friends was brighter and more alert than she’d been at her home, We were so relieved to have her in a safe place and looked forward to our visits. Mom recently passed away and we were very grateful that she had spent her last year in this positive and caring place. A big thank you to all the staff - they were wonderful.

I currently have a family member here and it has been nothing but fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond to help them. Staff provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their food is exceptional as i have ate dinner there a few times. The other residents are also friendly as well and im happy and proud to say our family member lives there.

The Radcliff is like "coming home" for your loved one. So caring, helpful and attentive. Makes it so much easier when I know that my family is surrounded by people who love her and care for her. Any concern is handled immediately, although any concern is extremely rare. Food is amazing, they feel like they are eating at their family's house. The Director is very dedicated to making sure the residents have everything they need and feel loved. Excellent facility with a great staff.

We recently moved a loved one to The Radcliff in Wood Dale. After an exhaustive search, this senior living facility was by far the best choice. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We enjoyed a few meals there as well. All our food choices were excellent. The apartments are decently spacious. Sometimes people donate furniture to The Radcliff for the residents to enjoy. I can’t say there always will be furniture available for new residents. Just ask when you visit.

My mother was diagnosed with Dementia, and we had to move her in with us. After a year, we saw her declining. We were lucky to find The Radcliff. Even though she has memory issues she shines at the Radcliff. They keep her engaged in actives, anything from Art and Crafts, playing games, social gathering's or just sitting with others for a meal. The staff are wonderful and truly make her feel at home.

I highly recommend this community! The staff is so caring! The facility is beautiful, food is great and there are so many activities. There's even a salon and doctors! I enjoyed every minute I spent here while visiting a family member. What a blessing!

My parents have been residents at the Radcliff for just over a month. They are constantly working at improving the residents' experiences of living in a retirement community. I'm impressed with management's attitude and efforts in making Radcliff a premiere retirement community for all of their residents.

I work in healthcare and was so impressed with the kindness and genuine caring the staff provided to my mom. From the administration, RNs, CNAs, therapists, and support staff everyone was exceptional. When issues arose, as they generally will, our concerns were dealt with quickly and appropriately.

The Radcliff management and staff are just outstanding! From the time my parents moved in, they received an abundance of love and excellent care from nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance staff, activities coordinators, management, etc.! Mom and Dad always felt cherished and valued; and they loved to tell everyone how very happy they were at The Radcliff. The staff and management also bent over backwards to make sure our family members were comfortable with the treatment and care being provided, and were extremely supportive when they each passed. The bottom line is this - The Radcliff truly cares about all of the residents, and their families. I believe you would be hard pressed to find a better assisted living and memory care facility.

It’s never an easy thing as children to relocate a parent from their daily surroundings to something brand new to them, or for the parent to have to adjust to that. After a long search for the perfect place, The Radcliff proved to be the perfect place for our mom. From the first time we walked in to show mom the place, and met Marita, she (and we) felt comfortable and welcomed. Marita was very caring and considerate of moms personal needs and concerns. It took only two days for us to move her in, with a great deal of help from Brian and his team, and for her to meet almost the entire staff. Everyone was very eager to meet mom and introduce her to other residence so she can immediately make friends and create a sense of comfort. It wasn’t long before she was excited to call her new apartment home.’ The Radcliff allows mom the independence to do the things she can on her own, and have the assistance needed for anything at all at the press of a button, any time of the day. With some of her children living out of state, The Radcliff allows a great deal of peace of mind that mom is being well taken care of by Theresa and Lisa, as well as the whole staff on a daily basis, and checked in on by Nick and the medical staff regularly. It’s a great bonus that the culinary staff is top of the line and the on-site salon is available to keep her nails and hair on point for daily beauty and special occasions. As a practicing catholic, I personally love the on-site mass, as she loves this time every week, and the daily activities that keep her energy up and her social skills active. I believe this is one of the best decisions we’ve made for mom and I look forward to my visits and sleepovers with her!!!

After my father died, my mother, who had Alzheimer's, could not stay home alone and it was getting very expensive to provide 24-hour care and the necessary supplies to keep the house running. We researched various facilities and it was by divine intervention that we were lucky enough to find out about The Radcliffe. It's a very special place, really a gem. ’ I wish my mom could have gone there sooner so she could have enjoyed their assisted living quarters. They also have independent living for those who are still able to live independently but enjoy the conveniences provided by The Radcliffe. And the food is excellent, yes, they have an amazing chef and kitchen team. The patience demonstrated in the memory care area is heart-warming. They truly provided numerous engagement opportunities for the residents. My mom made friends, which made me feel good. Another noticeable difference at this facility is the feeling you get from the workers who are always there with a hello and a smile and work so well with one another. I think it makes a big difference when workers have each other's back and everyone is ready to lend a hand. Hats off to Alan and his team, from nursing to maintenance to sales and operations!!

My mom has been in The Radcliff since November of 2020. We went into the Covid Lockdown right around then. The staff at the Radcliff did so much to keep her comfortable and safe, and we were very grateful for their help. The Radcliff is the best decision we ever made regarding my mom's well being. Her meals are wonderful, she has many new friends. But the supporting staff in the real deal. Everyone from the Cafe, housekeeping, front desk, staff contractors, activity people, the nurses....they all know my mom. Kindness and care is what Alan and his crew give out at the Radcliff. They are really good at it too.

I have found this place to be clean and well maintained.IDPH has provided a zero concern report to this facility. The owner and staff have been nothing but generous by offering answers to all any questions regarding a seniors stay and more recently the possible Radcliff vocational academy.

We decided along with my father to select the Radcliff for his place to stay after he sold his condo. It was the best decision we ever made. The Radcliff is a beautiful place and dealt with all the challenges with COVID. My dad enjoyed his stay and made many friends. He passed away the day after Christmas 2020 of natural causes he was 96 years old.. Thank you to the management and staff at the Radcliff for all they did for my father.

After relocating my Mom from Florida, we looked at many places and finally decided on the Radcliff. We first chose it because of it's close location to where we live, the newness of the facility, and the friendly staff that walked us around, but after 18 months we have found it to be so much more. The owner Alan regularly communicates via email all the updates going on which is very critical during the ongoing Covid crisis. He doesn't just tell us the good, he also reports the bad such as the cases of Covid in the facility. I don't have the totals, but after seeing how many other Sr. Facilities have done, the results that the Radcliff acheived were outstanding. They were proactive in testing everyone in the facility many times to make sure their precautions were effective and always shared the results. My family never worries if my Mom is being cared for here. On the few occasions where she has bumped or bruised herself, they always call to let us know. She has made many friends and has been much more social than previously. I would highly recommend The Radcliff.

They say if the resident pushes the button they will respond within 10 min. but my father has needed help in the middle of the night and once they forgot about him and the other time he needed to call 911 because of no response , so now we are looking for somewhere else to move him again ,If your looking for a home with assistance this is not the place to be.

This is the finest place we have ever worked with..had mom in dachau.. Previous type home mom said when we got her in radcliff...is this heaven?? MURITA and SUE are just the best and hospice is now working great. My dad had not been looking good for some time, he was becoming withdrawn & would not accept our help. When he had a bad fall we knew it was time for change. We chose Randall Residence because it was new & inviting. Dad had lived in Wood Dale for many years & liked the location. What a great choice! He's enjoying life & we know the food is good because he gained back some if the weight he'd lost. He looks better than he has in years!
