Placing a loved one in a senior residence can be a painful experience for all involved. After touring several locations, the entire family knew that Cordia was the place for our loved one. From the very first interaction we all felt at ease. The staff was attentive and personable. This is not a typical retirement center. This is a Senior residence that goes above and beyond what is expected. The care has been so exceptional I can really see myself here in the future. Thank you, Cordia staff, for allowing my family to be at such ease in this process. Truly a blessing.

Cordia Senior Residence is absolutely THE. BEST. It feels like home when you visit your loved one. The staff, from receptionist to CNAs to kitchen/dining room, are amazing. Special kudos to two departments: Activities - Katie and Kirsten are pros and do such wonderful activities and family events. Keep up the good work! Dining - All the staff know all the residents by name. And the food is delicious! The soups are almost all homemade. Breakfasts and lunches are the best. We had Christmas Eve dinner with my mom there and it was one of the best dinners we've had in a very long time! Kudos to the chef and his staff! We would eat there every day if we could.

My grandma absolutely loves Cordia. They offer a variety of social activities and events to participate in. The facilities are very nice and well kept.

Cordia has been a wonderful experience for our family. My mother is very social and involved in many of the activities they offer. Their parties, pastries and social calendar are endless. She is living her best life!

They have plenty of different activities for anything you can think of, crafts Fitness center & classes, library, beautiful courtyard with outside excise equipment, coy pond. Fabulous coffee bar with snacks & drinks. Amazing holiday parties! The food is amazing with MANY choices. Grand piano & fireplace in the lobby area. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend Cordia for your loved ones!

My mother has lived at Cordia for almost two years. Over that time we have found the staff to be friendly, caring and attentive. They and the residents foster a strong sense of community and commitment to caring for one another socially, and emotionally. The activities plan is diverse and really tries to offer something for everyone. We chose Cordia primarily because it doesnt group residents according to their medical needs, as my mom did not fit neatly into any of the traditional buckets (independent-assistance needed-nursing care, etc). Everyone is treated as an individual and everyone has their individual needs met. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a move to a senior residence take a tour of Cordia.

Cordia is a wonderful place with very caring and compassionate staff, and lots of great activities for the residents. They kept all residents safe during covid but were still able to provide lots of activities for the residents. And they kept the residents families informed every step of the way.

Mom moved in a few months ago. The move in process was easy. The other residents have been very nice to her. She is more active now than she was living at home! Even tho she said she really did not want to move from her home, she now says she is very happy! She loves the activities and the food! and I love that I don't have to worry about her!
