I don’t often leave reviews for any type of business. Brookstone Estates is that exception due to the caring, fun, and professional atmosphere that it provided. Kayce and Debbie really care about their residents and you can see that reflected in how happy everyone is. The Nursing staff is excellent! There are several other staff members that really enjoy what they do, and it shows.

As an employee of Brookstone Estates this is a great place, I love my family here! The staff are amazing and puts a lot of hard work into their jobs. I went there to visit with my family and met some wonderful people at Brookstone, from the staff to the other residents. Everyone was very helpful and went out of there way to assist us. The food was excellent and we had an enjoyable time. I would recommend this to anyone.

Strolled through the other day to go visit grandmammama to get in a few games of spades and euchre (she cheats, wins everytime). Was greeted by a mile wide majestic smile from Hailee... Instantly I knew that Gram was in great hands! Even Grams raved of the atmosphere... and a few of the gents Im not a hand shaker, more of a hugger and Hails obliged to that. Food was phenomenal, pretty sure the secret ingredient is a dash of love and a sprinkle of kindness from the workers there. 5 stars all around for this crew. But especially to that dapper woman rocking the scrubs, Hailee. Love ya Grams!

What a great place to be, came in to visit family and found a family friendly place. I enjoyed the family atmosphere, I sat and watched the WII bowling game and how much they enjoyed it made me want to join in! We had an excellent meal before we left. Thank you for having a wonderful staff from the nurses to the kitchen.

We visited this location not long ago to visit a resident. While there we got to meet the Executive Director, she was nothing but kind and helpful. The building was one of the cleanest locations Ive been.l to. The staff was wonderful and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thank you for taking such good care of our friend.

My mother absolutely loves living at Brookstone Estates Tuscola! She and her little dog have no cares or worries living in her one bedroom apartment on the beautiful and relaxing courtyard. She has lots of friends there--new ones and ones she has known for years. I hope to be able to enjoy my senior years in such a wonderful place!

I visited this facility last week and can't believe how beautiful it is, very clean and all the Resident's and staff seem so happy. The apartment's are spacious with a full kitchen and love the common areas for the Residents to visit with one another. The courtyard was huge and so well maintained. I would recommend everyone to go visit.

I have worked at brookstone for 2 years now off and on. I love coming to work and seeing all the residents and the staff. they always seem to make my day better. I wouldn't trade my job for the world. it gets hectic sometimes but we always manage to work as a team and get it back in order. this place is a great place
