We moved my grandma into High Point a couple months ago, and she has been welcomed with patience and kindness by all the staff we’ve encountered. Additionally, the Executive Director and Finance Manager were always quick to answer my questions and calls when we were working through the application process. We needed a quick turnaround and they made it happen. Could not have asked for better communication and expedience. Extra plus: the communal space is always clean and bright for the residents and families to enjoy.
