I have been more than pleased with the caregivers from Bright Star. They are my Angels that come to take care of my husband. I would highly recommend Bright Star and all their staff. Tulha, Phoebe and Isaiah are the best. They are more like family to me. You'll never regret giving them a call. They match up your family needs with the right person. My father is disabled and moved into his own condo. We needed someone to come out a few days a week and help him with showering, weekly cleaning and laundry. BrightStar was able to find someone quickly, she is very sweet and gets everything done on his list and then some. They were able to help find me someone at short notice. The nurse came out on a Sunday to do her assessment and they were able to get someone to start that Monday. I'm very happy and prices are within the industry standard based on all of the other companies I called. They have been checking in to see how our care giver is doing and if we have any concerns which we don't. Very happy.

My mom had 24/7 care When she had to go to the hospital the caretaker went with her .I was kept informed. The caretaker stayed with her till she had a room Then she had to go back to the house and finish the laundry I highly recommend brightstar.

She is also a very important component of my outpatient therapy. She takes me to therapy and then helps with at home exercises upon my return.

I've used BrightStar Care for over a year for my aging father. They are reliable and offer dependable care. They seem to have many people who work for them, so we've never been without care. Ursula has been terrific in developing a care plan/following up for my dad who has dementia. ALL caregivers have always been amazing. Osmin has been with my dad for many months. Both my parents adore him; he cares immensely for them and is truly amazing. I don't know how I'd navigate aging parents without OSMIN and BrightStar Care.

Scott, Ursula and Nikiah from Brightstar Care were all excellent to work with. Scott and Ursula were both very informative about what the agency is able to do, and how they would do their very best to make sure my Dad was able to be at my wedding day after multiple agencies had fallen through just weeks before. Nikiah was able to pick up my Dad day of, drive him to our ceremony, to the reception and then drive him home at the end of the day. My Dad and I were both very grateful for her service, she was kind, polite and worked well with my Dad, which is saying a lot. We're grateful for their help and would highly recommend!

Very accommodating and caring staff. I have worked for Brightstar for about 15 years. I am always able to contact the DON Gail, Crystal or office anytime day, night or weekend to address anything with my patients. They always care about my time and if there is short notice or longer than usual drive and accommodate me. They also offer me jobs to suit my expertise. Gail and Crystal continuously give positive feedback and if needed will request further documentation as they like paperwork to be precisely and thoroughly complete. They provide continuing education and periodic incentives. Good place to work!
