Not as it appears ever since the new company has taken over this place reminds me of a project...

The building has really gone down hill . Was a beautiful clean place 8 years ago when I moved in. Now dirty. Outside grounds once kept up beautiful are terrible weeds trees growing up everywhere. Some office staff are extremely rude. Water is always going off and several other problems here. Washers and dryers are a joke. Always breaking down.

It's a wonderful experience! The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any issues or concerns. Additionally, the building offers security, a Community room for tenants to socialize and play pool, as well as 2 convenient in-building laundry facilities. The new remodeled apartments are spacious and comfortable, with ample natural light, hard wood floors, a ceiling fan and a lovely view of the neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, creating a strong sense of community within the building. Highly suggest people should apply here!

I would recommend Valkommen. Every place will have it's pros and cons, but Valkommen has more pros than cons.

Clean, safe, and managed by professional, courteous and respectful administrators. Secured building, which gives a strong sense of peace of mind.

Great place to live...good sized apartments, friendly, attentive office staff...very clean grounds and common areas, maintenance staff is responsive and knowledgeable... courteous neighbors, security building, (you can view the lobby camera so you always know who is coming in)...plus security staff at night...super quiet...if you are 55+ or disabled...check it out
