Our family is so grateful for the care my grandmother has received at Elevate Care over the past six months. It is never easy trusting others with someone you love, but from the very beginning, the staff has shown her so much kindness, compassion, and patience. They have made such a positive difference not only in my grandmother's life, but in our entire family's as well. I especially want to recognize my grandmother's nurse, Eman, and her CNA, Didi. They are truly exceptional. The patience they show my grandmother means more to our family than they probably realize. They never rush her, they always take the time to listen, and they consistently treat her with kindness, dignity, and respect. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they look after, and that kind of compassion is something you simply can't teach. Knowing my grandmother has Eman and Didi caring for her gives our family so much comfort and peace of mind. Didi is truly an angel in our eyes. She has such a warm, fun, and caring personality, and she always makes my grandmother feel comfortable and valued. Every interaction we've seen has been filled with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. She has such a positive energy, and it is clear she loves what she does. We are also so thankful for Brandon in transportation. He always makes sure my grandmother's transportation to her doctor's appointments goes as smoothly as possible. He is dependable, organized, and always willing to help. It's one of those behind-the-scenes roles that often goes unnoticed, but Brandon truly makes a difference, and our family appreciates everything he does. A huge thank you as well to Elizabeth and Kennedy in the administration. They have been incredibly accommodating, responsive, and understanding whenever we've needed anything. They have always taken the time to answer our questions and help us navigate everything with kindness and professionalism. Another thing that has made such a difference is the activities program. The variety of daily activities has helped bring my grandmother's spirit back. She has opportunities to socialize, stay engaged, and enjoy herself, and it's been wonderful to see her smile more and genuinely look forward to participating. The staff does an amazing job creating a welcoming environment where residents can feel connected and involved. Thank you to everyone at Elevate Care for everything you do each day. We know this work is not easy, and we are so appreciative of the compassion, patience, and dedication you've shown my grandmother. Eman, Didi, Brandon, Elizabeth, Kennedy, and the entire team have made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for all that you do. Thank you for making Elevate Care feel like more than just a nursing home, it truly feels like a place where the residents are cared for with compassion and dignity.

Our experience with Elevate Care of Riverwoods has been exceptional during a very difficult time for our family. In the past, three years ago, they helped my father to recover from a very difficult hip surgery. So, when we faced unfortunate circumstances for my mother in need of constant professional care, choosing Elevate Care of Riverwoods was the only right option. We are especially grateful for Maria and Lana, who are truly great CNAs; their hands-on care and kindness toward my mother have been a huge comfort. Her nurse, Marko, is also fantastic and provides top-tier professional care. A special thank you to Elisabeth, the social worker, for making a complicated situation much easier. She ensured a smooth, transparent admission process and provides recurring, proactive updates on my mother’s health. Knowing we have such a dedicated team in our corner gives us immense peace of mind.

I spent 2 years at Elevate Care ! Lost my foot to infection due to type 2 diabetes. The staff on had was good . ‘ kitchen staff treated me amazing. The place is clean . The thing I like most is activities. The exercise in mornings and the party/food in afternoon with different themes. The laundry lady always folded my clothes. Wich I miss alot . Elevate Care in Riverwoods is the very best of nursing facilities with such a wonderful caring staff. At Elevate Care every one is so welcoming and professional from Administration, Admissions, very caring Doctors and Nurses and CNA's and both Physical and Occupational Therapists and every one who is part of his team gives the utmost attention and care to my husband and his needs. It is a beautiful building with such clean and comforting home-like rooms and a huge beautiful gym for therapy and all staff are just so friendly, attentive and prompt in caring for my husband. Even some of the doctors and nurses call me weekly to give me updates on my husband's care and medications. The hospitality staff is also so friendly and really care about the patients. I feel very blessed that my husband is being cared by such top-notch professionals that really care and look out for his best needs and his continued care in improving his health!

For Every good Dr there’s a good nurse a good cna and good speech and Good physical therapy Here at Riverwoods the wound care is fabulous the nurses High five to Larissa and Mary Lou CNAs ruby Anna Carlos and speech Will and PT Arturo are all true professionals not afraid to try new things to help my Kayla who has suffered massive brain damage from an amniotic fluid embolism the wound care team is making sure Daily to watch over Kayla and make sure her wounds are better and better every day the director here named Michelle has become a great person to throw things off and see what we can do to get kayla better and better. What I love about Elevate Riverwoods is it feels like family they care they want your loved one feeling safe and getting them to the best they can be they are patient loving and understanding every patient has different needs and they do everything they can to help each patient. I’m glad we’re here and hope we get kayla the best she can be so she can come home and be with her boys she’s only 29 but it shows commitment when you see the care they give each and every patient here no matter what their age is or skill level I know I can sleep at night because they care and do all they can for my Daughter Kayla thank you all and I appreciate every one of you for all you do! I’m so thankful for all the staff on all shift, even the ones we don’t see the ones in house keeping . The The chef that cooks the food to make the schedule what each and every resident should eat the one who brings The food to the rooms, the ones. you changed your diapers and administered medication the people who give showers and make sure they’re comfortable when they go to bed at night and tell them to have a good night rest. My mother is 94 and to look at her you can tell she’s well cared for she’s been there for years this past March I am blessed I am so thankful for the facility is clean and efficient please continue to take care of the staff so they can take care of the residence.

Please do not place your loved one at Elevate Riverwoods, especially if they have dementia and are unable to advocate for their own care. Upon arrival, we got the fancy sales pitch from their leadership team, leading us believe our father was in safe and caring hands. But each visit began to reveal a profound lack of care and a marked decline in his health. We received apologies and assurances from management (right up to the top) that his care would improve, but it never did. Within a few days of leaving Elevate and receiving proper care, he started to make a remarkable recovery – underscoring that Elevate was a toxic environment. Do your research. Google their rating on Medicare.gov. Google the complaints filed with the Illinois Department of Public Health. It’s sobering to say the least. Please take this advice to heart and don’t make the same mistake with your loved one.

I liked easy check in. I saw the nurses come ASAP when they heard a voice besides the patient to see who it is. I was glad they did that. I liked that they follow rules. Not letting the patient outside after 6pm for cigarettes break. Patients with mental illness and no self control can't determine what's good for thier wellbeing. I liked the room where they eat, a station with hair parlor and plenty of visiting rooms to sit besides the patients room. I will note more when I return at the facility

I have a family member here. He had been in another facility and I had him moved to Elevate Riverwoods. I knew on my initial visit that this was the place for him and my expectations were exceeded. Everyone here, the Administration, the PA’s the Doctors and nurses and assistants and every staff member, housekeeping, front desk people have been above and beyond. They all know every patients name and names of their family members. For me, as a family member that is huge. It doesn’t feel like a facility, it has a very home like/Den like feel in every room. .. Elena at the front desk was approachable, patient, kind and very knowledgeable about topics outside of her scope of practice.... She's able to help me schedule a appointment for my mother-in-law to get a haircut. In addition, she let me run to go get some cash to ensure she had a spot in line. Being a community health nurse, I am in and out of nursing homes, such as: SNF, SMFHS, supportive living, assisted living and even group homes. With that being said, my experiences are never usually as positive as mine was tonight. Elena is a fantastic person to be greeting patient's families, deliveries, etc. My opinion, she definitely deserves a raise, no pun intended. Thanks again for the assistance Elena! ™

Outstanding Recommendation for Elevate Care I was initially wary of many rehab centers, but chose Elevate Care based on word of mouth. Fortunately, Elevate Care Riverwoods did not disappoint.
