I have nothing but good things to say, always feel welcome here. Today, I lost my phone, Brenda and Tess was able to find it. Thank you for the wonderful care you are providing my brother Gordon. No words can express my gratitude to all the wonderful nurses, CNA, and Melissa. I took care of my brother for 15 years, deciding to place him in a nursing home was very hard but it was an excellent decision for putting my brother here at Riverwoods for excellent care and support . Thank you all very much.

I want to thank you again for the wonderful service we are receiving in Elevate Care Riverwoods. We came from Bella Terra to stay here for the short time. We decided to leave our Mom as a long-term resident. She wanted to stay: home” Yes, she got her home here, in Elevate Care . The professionalism of Kennedy -The administrator, Larissa, and Kathy -nurses are extraordinary. We want to have a special thanks to the special person Elisabeth -Social Services. There are no words to describe her big heart, professional attitude and appearance, and the attention and love that she is giving to each patient. She is always organized, and able to resolve all issues with a smile and great respect. We also want to thank you for having such great quality professionals and humans. We are trying to share it with all our family and friends. It is very not easy to find a home for our parents and Elisabeth by their side. We are very fortunate and blessed to have it.

I’m very happy with my experience while visiting my brother! Elevate Care has several nice amenities: a beautiful dining room with outdoor access to a lovely patio, and my brother has told me that the food is very good. An excellent nursing staff who is very attentive and friendly, a beauty salon for both women and men, a large workout room, several lounge areas equipped with LED TV’s, a library with many books and a built-in fireplace. We took a long walk together and ended our walk in the back of Elevate where there’s a charming gazebo! What I’m very impressed with is that Elevate Care feels like home! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs extra medical attention. As a side note, when I visited today, I stayed after my brother went to bed (early, because he was tired) I had to stay until 7:30 when my boyfriend picked me up. I was in the dining room alone (other residents were eating on the dining area) but I was sitting alone- there was a nurse ( I don’t know his actual title) named Jose’ Rivera who was very helpful when I asked him to help with a couple things. Very impressed with his helpfulness and quick response to whatever I asked him. I applaud Elevate for having Jose’ and others as friendly on staff!

After my first stay at Riverwoods two years ago, I chose to return again for recovery after my recent surgery for two main reasons: the caring staff and the skilled rehab. The entire staff at all levels is friendly, responsive, and supportive. They readily provide explanations, suggestions, and reassurance. The skilled PT and OT practitioners were friendly and encouraging, sensitive to my abilities and limits, while gently pushing to maximize my recovery. They gave helpful explanations and suggestions, and feedback as to my progress. Everybody in this facility made me feel well cared for, and I thank them all.

My experience here at elevate care has been very uplifting. Its been a place of healing, and has been extremely liberating. Elevate care is accommodating for all residents. The facility is state of the art. Elevate care has a feeling of family here, and a strong sense of community. It has made me realize my potential. I definitely recommend elevate care to anyone that is looking. I wouldnt have stayed for over two years now if I didnt!

I really enjoyed my stay, elevate care provided me with the care I requested. Theres Maria who I wish I had more for my cna. Elizabeth was great as well. Gaby was my night cna who I could not do without. All the nurses were great as well. I was always helped out properly and they did above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful.

I loved everyone here, everyone treated me extremely nice. I made some great friends here as well! I love Benita as my cna she was always so nice to me. Elia and Tony the housekeepers were so nice to me and always kept my room especially clean. The food was nice and very tasty! Thank you to all the staff they really helped me! I have been a patient here at elevate care for several months now. I have never been in a facility like this before so I have nothing to compare from just my own personal experience here. There was a young man who greeted me who was the concierge when I came here named *Rodrigo.* He was amazing, so kind, so helpful, so in tuned to knowing what you need and helping you in any way that he possibly can. He always checked in with you and followed up to see if there was anything you need or if you got something you had requested. I cant begin to tell you how many times he helped me in my 1st weeks of being here, too many to count. Very professional young man I was very impressed when I 1st met him I also like to give a big high 5 to my nurse *Lizbeth,* who couldnt be sweeter or more helpful shes very conscientious she pays attention to your needs, she follows through on any phone calls that need to be made concerning your doctors appointment, or having a prescription filled and she always comes back and updates you and lets you know the status. She is worth her weight in gold! I would also like to give a shout out to one of my CNAs from the afternoon shift, *Jose.* He too is worth his weight in gold. Hes extremely hard working and hes very kind and conscientious. He always makes sure you have everything you need when you need it, and if you dont he tries to find out why and if he can make it happen. He always makes sure to check on you before he goes off shift to see if you need anything whether it be ice, a box of Kleenex, a fresh sheet, clean gowns, a towel *anything* you might need before he leaves for the for the evening. I truly miss him on the 2 days that hes not working. And then theres my little *Sylvia* from housekeeping. She is so sweet and does such a good job cleaning your room for you. Making sure your floors are spotless and everything is as it should be in your room. You can always tell when Sylvia is the person from housekeeping that did your room that day. I recently found out she just celebrated her ~30th anniversary~ working here and even before it was Elevate. She really deserves a BIG- fat-bonu$ for loyalty and being here as long as she has, and working as hard as she does for 30 years!

The food here is delicious, theres so many options and its all very good! Tony was very helpful for fixing my paper towel holder and now its very easy for me. The cnas, especially Norma, are very good and very thorough with all the care they give me. Maintenance has been very good and helpful. Israel and Fernando have been very helpful and nice as well, helping me get in and out of bed. Anytime I need anything it gets done whether its fixing or getting help its very easy to get help. I am so happy here and I would highly recommend elevate care riverwoods!!

I have been a resident at Elevate Care for sometime now. I have only great things to say about this nursing home. The nursing staff is very attentive as well as the CNAs and aids. Medication is timely and correct. The rooms are clean and there arent smells of traditional other places. It is a welcoming environment. Food is fantastic. The therapist Any maintenance issues are handled promptly and correctly. In addition, every day there are different activities for the residents from exercise to memory games etc. Any issues with all of the above are addressed quickly and effectively by management and the administrator Marcus Shaw which all have an open door policy. And finish up I am happy here and everyone is friendly. I would recommend Elevate Care for those in need. I personally have Parkinsons Disease, Lewy ody Dementia and diabetes (2) and use my computer with Dragon voice recognition software. Larry Harris

This is my second time in the facility and I have nothing but good things to say! There are so many great staff members and I am happy to list them all. Leticia, Norma, Maria, Julia, Daniel, and Lupe are all fantastic nurses aides! Marilou, Yoli, Larissa, Victoria, and Katherine are great nurses! These are wonderful people!

Its a nice facility and the staff takes good care of me. They are very helpful and friendly. This is my second time here and when asked where I want to go, I immediately said Riverwoods. I would recommend this facility without hesitation!

My name is Dawn PIerce - Room 101. I will be released to go home Tuesday, September 22. I took this time to thank all who have touched my life during my stay here. So many of you have made my stay successful and comfortable from A to Z. Special thank you to Celia, who wanted me to be happy and tackled my rat nest hair from the hospital. Alana, who brought me leave in conditioner to appease my vanity for my long hair, and giving me confidence in my speech, thoughts, telling time, etc. Mariana, who puts a smile on your face. Therapy personnel - Jeanine, Christine, Shaik, Neil, Orville - providing new phrases to live by that improve the quality of life. Thank you Diane for bringing coffee in the morning along with my medication. Thank you Shin for helping keep my medication straight and her smiles. Thank you Benita for getting me off oxygen and getting me one more step closer to going home. If I havent mentioned your name, I apologize. All have made this a tolerable, rewarding, successful experience as you continue to provide diligent care to those in need. Your T-shirt relates it perfectly and I am grateful to have been welcomed a part of the extended family. Thank you to Kitchen for providing good food and the option to substitute. Thank you for all the department heads as well!

After reading review about Blanca Basilio I wanted to post a review of my own. Myself and other residents also agree with everything that the writer said about Blanca Basilio. She is one of a kind and very friendly. She is always smiling and has a wonderful attitude. She has a heart of gold and Riverwoods should be proud to have her. She should definitely get the recognition she deserves.

This is a building I would recommend if anyone asked me where to go for rehabilitation. The CNAs and Nurses are wonderful! This is the place to go for good therapy.

My father-in-law was a resident in the memory care unit for almost a year. His dementia worsened and he passed away on March 4. The care and concern for him by all of his aides and the nursing staff was amazing, and I always felt like they treated him like he was part of their family. He was always clean and our family felt he was safe there. The bedspreads and furniture look a little dated, but in the scheme of things, the care provided is what matters.

I've never been so impressed with any other nursing facility like I am with Brentwood North so far. They are quick, helpful, and expedite on assisting in placement. My husband and I didn't know about this place. We happen to come upon it driving down the road it's on. I called and received same day tour later that day. We were very warmly greeted and I saw happy staff and patients interacting on nursing home side. That was a Friday afternoon, then it was a holiday weekend. I called my Dad's present nursing facility to have his records sent to BN and the next day a Director from BN came to visit and talk to him. OK this was not a close trip. I was so amazed, as well as my Dad, someone cared enough to do this being an hour drive each way. Then the next day I received a call my Dad could be admitted. I was so happy and my Dad elated as he's super excited to move into BN. On our tour, I liked in dining area there is a sink for patients to be able to wash hands, coffee available all day and several areas to get fresh water. Everywhere we toured was just beautiful. Soon my Dad will be enjoying his stay at BN. We love that we can come eat dinner with him and will be welcomed to Holiday events there. Where my dad is now its not allowed and BN is so much closer. BN allows family dogs to come visit and my Dad and us are happy about that. It's set on numerous acres in a wooded like surroundings. We saw a gazebo and several outdoor Paris as well. Raised. Garden vegetable bed so. So many nice things my dad will love. Also we saw a lot of trips for residents to attend and activities in the last few weeks listed on a big board for residents to go also. That made us happy. Thank you staff at BN, we can't wait to start his stay there. Everywhere we toured was very tastefully decorated which added much to the warm feel. Several fireplaces and various spots patients can sit in on nice furniture. Large windows everywhere patients can look out. Once he's living there I will write another review and if all is going well give full stars to BN. It's so easy for people to complain about things that I wanted to give our impression of the beginning process of someone looking to live full time at BN. I cannot express my gratitude for the nursing care and physical therapy staff during my rehab after surgery. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by many of the administrative staff. The assistance and nursing care of both day and night time staff was nothing short of excellence. There is a variety of interactive activities and the best part ... The food was delicious !! I plan to stay with Brentwood North again with the next rehab ...
