My family and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to every person who cared for our cherished family member Norman during his recent stay at Red Bud Regional Hospital. A heartfelt special thank you to Dr. Kahn for her exceptional expertise and her compassionate care; we will be forever grateful. Thank you to the entire 3rd Floor staff at your hospital, the nurses, CNAs, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Speech Therapists, and all other staff including foodservice and housekeeping, for not only caring for Norman as if he were their own family member, but for treating all of our family members who visited Norman during his stay with the same compassion and notably their exceptional concern for our well being. A very special thank you to Alissa our weekend nurse, you went above and beyond any expectation to comfort our family at a very difficult time, you will always be remembered; your little boy has an extraordinary mom! Also a heartfelt thank you to Amanda for recommending Vitas for Norman's Hospice care, at a very uncertain time for us when we were unsure of what Norman's future would look like. Their staff has been incredible so far. We would like to nominate the entire 3rd Floor staff of nurses for the The Daisy Award, and all of the other wonderful staff on the 3rd floor for the Bee Award as well. The ER staff is Top Notch as well, they immediately went to work when Norman arrived, and they in no small way can share credit for his rapid stabilization and release. Nicole and all the others in radiology have been so wonderful with my clients with special needs. I have been through just about every department here starting with the front desk information ladies, registration, primary care, and specialists. All of my clients are treated with respect and compassion and have had great experiences here. I want to thank Nicole for being so calming for my clients who comes for ultrasounds and has anxiety. She makes it easy and is reassuring through the test. We appreciate you all!

I really have no complaints.....I have been in hospitals before, but all the skills seemed to work against each other. Here at Redbud rehab they are a cohesive unit, they all work together from the techs, to the nurses and pt & ot. And I'm not forgetting housekeeping and dietary either...the rooms are cleaned daily and they do a great job! Dietary, well I know what everyone thinks about hospital food, but its really good, and they have other options to choose from daily, if you want. So overall if I ever have to have any kind of rehab again here is where I'll be. Thanks you to all at Redbud Rehab Jo R

I had a challenging experience with my husband's health that required multiple visits to the ER. Initially, he was treated and sent home, but two days later, his condition worsened, leading to his admission. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team on the 3rd floor, including the doctors, nurses, CNAs, and respiratory therapists. They worked tirelessly to identify the underlying cause of his illness, showing true dedication and compassion throughout the process. (Big Thanks to Dr. Tucker, Dr. Ha, Nurses Patti, Charity, Alissa, Donna, Daniel, Nicole, and Tracy!) Once diagnosed, he underwent surgery, and the daily attention to his needs made a significant difference in his recovery. Not only are the medical needs met, but more importantly, the emotional needs are treated, and we are treated like family. I highly recommend this hospital for its exceptional care and support during a difficult time!

I took my 92 year old mother to the Emergency Room this morning for pneumonia. She was treated wonderfully! I’m an RN so I’m not easily impressed but Red Bud Regional impresses me every time! Liz the RN, Dr Kelly and Candace were all very attentive to my mom’s needs. I was pleased as to how quickly all the testing was done, too. Most of the time you can count on being in the ER 6-8 hours but not at Red Bud Regional! She was seen, tested and admitted within 3 hours. That is incredible! I’m so grateful that we have a good hospital close to home!

I took a friend who is 85 in ER after a fall where he had laceration on knee and elbow which needed sutures and was complaining of shoulder pain..all staff Liz RN and Amy Tech were pleasant.tending to his needs right away. The Dr Sensintaffer was very nice,knowledgeable and informative. Was in ER a little less than 3 hours total...Highly recommend Red Bud ER

I was home visiting family last weekend when I developed a kidney stone and had to visit the Red Bud ER in the middle of the night. There was no wait (thankfully based on the amount of pain I was in), I was seen within minutes by a doctor, and we had an action plan within a few hours. The staff, from MD, to nurses, to triage, and even housekeeping were tremendously kind and responsive. I’m so grateful this hospital is there and so close to my family. This gives me, the out of town daughter, so much peace of mind. The care quality was superb and am so grateful for their help that night!

This hospital is a god send. Emergency room staff was caring, efficient and supportive for a recent visit. Drs, nurses, admitting were all very kind. Techs from radiology were great as well. It was clear they are professionals dedicated to their essential roles for patients. In a rural area it is wonderful to have such a resource for our communities.

When 2 other hospitals ER could not help me Red Bud clinic and ER was able to discover the cause of my issues. I also am a "difficult stick: when it comes to blood draws and IV'S. The lady that drew my blood today was the best blood draw I have ever had. She has less than a year on the job ( I wish i remembered her name) and I will take her over someone with 20 years experience every day!!! The ER lab techs sadly were not as good but that is the case almost everywhere

A HUGE Thank You to Shawnna, Dr. Hidalgo and Nikki from the ER and Amy with Radiology. I had my son at the ER, and it was his first real experience with needing an IV, blood work, CT scan, and I just couldn't be more grateful for this amazing team! Everyone made sure to explain everything, on what was going to happen and why it was needed, making sure he was comfortable and taken care of. He did end up needing transferred to another facility and couldn't have asked for a smoother transition of care! We are truly blessed to have Red Bud Regional and all the amazing healthcare workers taking care of family like they were their own!

I took my daughter to the ER, the staff were amazing; thorough, and super friendly. We were seen straight away and discharged within 40 minutes. Check-in was immediate. Went straight to room. Immediate attendance from nurse and med tech Doctor came in for the exam promptly after the nurse finished. He was thorough, professional and had a great bedside manner. Dr Hidalgo ordered all the appropriate tests.

I'm giving Red Bud hospital 5 stars after a recent visit to their ED. I usually don't take time to leave reviews. I moved to the area in 2022. Since then I've been to Red Bud ED twice. I had a great experience the 1st time, which is why I chose to go there this last time as well. The staff in all departments, efficient, curdious, caring, and professional, smart and well trained. A big shout out goes particularly to my nurses Amy and Liz, the x ray tech, and Dr Sutton. They totally made my trip to the ED worth it! In fact if I lived closer to hospitals in O'Fallon/Belleville area I'd drive the extra mile to get the exceptional care I received there. Thank you Red Bud Regional!!
