If I could give them anything I would proudly give them 10 stars. I came here needing nursing and medical care around the clock as my respiratory and heart is giving out due to Cova19 but everyone is doing their best to keep me alive and attentive, as well as alive… OSF ST. FRANCIS WOODS and their staff are tops in my book. Anyone that gives them anything but 5 stars and no less than 4 stars clearly hasn't been to St Francis Woods… I have met only one GRUMPY GUS since I have been here, everyone else has been super super nice… I chose the right place,……

My mom was a resident for almost 5 yrs. The staff and nurses were exceptional and the facility was very inviting. So many fun activities were available for the residents. My mom was very happy, satisfied, and content to call SFW her home. I was very pleased with the excellent care my mom received and so pleased she was in a safe, caring environment. I highly recommend SFW. Five stars from me.

I am grateful for the staff at St. Francis Woods. I was not fully sure about placing my father into assisted living. The great service and excellent help I received from them assured me that I made the right decision. Thank you to Stephanie in Recruitment and Admission assisted my dad and me with setting up his phone service. She was very nice and beyond eager to help!

Mom moved in here about 6 months ago. It's not the Ritz but the people genuinely care about the residents for the most part. Her apartment is great and maintenance takes care of problems quickly. She complains about the food. I've had some a few times...it's not homemade...but not awful either. I feel much better knowing she's there!

My mom just moved here and I couldnt be happier!! Living has had done wonders for my mom. She is so much happier which in turn is making her healthier. The other place where she lived before moving here was so depressing and institutional, here it feels more homey. Shes kept busy with activities and not isolated in her room. The staff is wonderful, the environment is uplifting. I could go on and on!

I love it here! Everyone is so nice and the staff and really tends to my needs. They have many activities for us. I would recommamend this place to "young" seniors!

At St Frances Woods Lisa the director has been my friend for a long long time!! She is a wonderful person and has a beautiful staff. We have had our Red Hat meetings at their facility for at least three years.. it is newly decorated with all new furniture.. A great place for the residences to call HOME.
