What a beautiful community! I saw this facility on the news for granting a wish to a couple to renew their vows. It was so sweet! The residents who live here are always doing something fun!

For us, it was about feeling comfortable and safe. And when we walked in the doors today to move our father in - it just felt right. The meals we have tried are phenomenal. The rooms are clean. It smells clean and we couldnt be happier for him! We can't wait to visit him and join in on the friendly Bingo competition between residents. Thank you Heartis times a million!!!

I've worked here since 02/07/23 and I love the residents. Some can be a bit cranky but I tend to deal with it since I have done dietary work before. I love the staff I work with, my coworkers are amazing and really cool. The caregivers also do their part in helping and making sure the dietary gets the residents fed.

The staff at Heartis are so very friendly, helpful and efficient! The receptionist is always so kind and always ready to help. Although having some staffing issues, everyone has been wonderful, supportive and helpful to my mom since she moved in on March 1. From Andrea, all of the aides, Wes, Debbie, Troy and management, all staff have pulled together to ensure a smooth transition and a pleasant living experience.

My wife and I have resided here for 3 years plus. We have found our expeience to be quite reasonable. Sure I miss my 3 acres of trees and grass, but I just couldnt do the work any more. We have found the cargivers to be quite capable and enjoyable.

Nothing but good things to say about the staff here. My family member feels safe and appreciates the great daily care that is given. The nursing staff has been 100% supportive with surgical, procedure prep when needed. The management is prompt, thorough and helpful with all requests. Communication has been conducted with a cheery and positive attitude. All of the above being done during the stress of the pandemic, which they have handled very well, in keeping the residents healthy and communicating with families.

My mother is here, on the Assisted living side on the 2nd floor Id recommend this place to anyone the CNAS are so nice and welcoming and very caring, also understanding the guy CNA Ty rocks!! Always has a smile on his face and goes 100% out of his way you can tell he really cares, and that he is there to care and love my mother, and not just get a pay check!! Like we have experienced at other places!! Id recommend Heartis and Ty 100% the whole staff is NICE 0 Complains!

The focus is shifted from what they cant do to what they can do! Anyone 55+ can apply to live there in one of 5 beautiful apartment designs. Need care for Alzheimers or other dementia? They have a wonderful community specifically designed to meet the needs of residents with all types of dementia. Delicious meals, housekeeping, laundry, WiFi, cable and all utilities (other than phone) are included in the rent. Need additional nursing services? They are also available! The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming too. The only way to experience this great community is to schedule a tour and see it for yourself!
