I visited this community as a healthcare professional while there for a continuing education class. I found it clean, no off putting odors, and the residents seem very well cared for. The staff members are very welcoming, friendly and very kind to the residents. I would refer any of my patients who need memory care here.

My Dad was a resident for little over a year. This place is special. It provides a safe place for those who need memory care to continue to have some independence and live in a community environment. Their activities program is unlike anything I have seen. The residents have opportunities to stay active and make friends. They keep them busy with hands on crafts, activities, and projects. My favorite day to visit was ice cream & bingo Tuesday. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to thank Kelly and her staff what a wonderful job they did taking care of our parents for almost 3 years. The facility is always clean and smells good upon entering. There are always many activities going on. They make sure all guests come to meals, especially if they are walking around or in their rooms. They have an enclosed courtyard where my dad liked to take his shirt off and enjoy the sun. After my dad got ill and was under hospice, he was able to remain there. Which was a godsend that we didn't have to move him to another facility. If you are looking for a top notch memory care facility, look no further.

Place is a joke, always under staff. ED lost all of her key managers in 3 weeks. They expect non nursing staff to do nursing duties. Beware before leaving your loved one here.

I visited The Reserve a few months ago and was in awe at the immediate feeling of warmth, fun, and love that was present amongst the residents and staff; it just felt like home. As my visit progressed, the dedication to the care of the residence and cleanliness of the property was indisputable. Kudos to the staff for providing this to their residents, in addition to the hard work and dedication it takes to run a top-notch memory care facility.

We moved my dad to The Reserve from another memory care facility in Oswego. From the moment we walked through the doors and met with Kelly, the marketing director, I could tell things would be different than what we had just experienced. I went from feeling like I had to check on my dad every single day to being comfortable knowing that he was in great hands. The staff is second to none, they are friendly, caring, and compassionate. It is easy to communicate with the nursing staff and administration and you never feel like you are bothering anyone with questions or concerns. They routinely keep you updated on any changes in condition or routine. They offer activities to residents, encourage participation, and host several family inclusive events during the year. These family events are a wonderful way to spend time with your loved one in a fun, relaxed setting. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and warm. It is awful to have to find a memory care facility for a family member, but if you do, The Reserve is an excellent choice

I stopped at The Reserve at Oswego and had the absolute pleasure of meeting with the Marketing Director, Kelly Pratscher. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. The staff were also very professional and helpful. They treated the residents like family! The community is very clean, and they have a wide variety of activities which were great to see. My grandmother recently moved into The reserve at Oswego and I have been extremely impressed so far. I’ve worked in nursing facilities for about ten years so I’ve seen both the good and the bad in relation to care and cleanliness. This facility is fantastic. The staff are all extremely nice and provide great care to the residents. The building is clean and well decorated and there are a number of neat sitting areas to meet with relatives and residents. So far the food has been great too which is a big plus for my grandmother. One person I have to highlight would be Kelly, the marketing director. She was so helpful and knowledgeable during the move in process and really made us feel that my grandmother would be well taken care of. In terms of cost, the level of care you receive compared to cost is great. Having worked in traditional nursing homes before I can tell you that this place is a deal. If you are considering a facility for a loved one this facility should be at the top of the list.

My mother was at the Reserve and I could not have been more happy. They took such good care of her. The staff was amazing and everyone worked so well together like a team. Our band, RetroActive, entertained at a "Luau" at The Reserve and it was such a pleasant experience for the band, the residents, and guests. It was organized and planned out perfectly and went very smoothly. It is a beautiful facility with outstanding personnel.

I work in the industry & Reserve of Oswego really stands out, from top to bottom! Clean, great facility, staff is soo kind and truly have the residents best interest in mind, very active with activities & making sure residents socialize which makes a difference in their care. Nurses, aides, admin staff truly do a tremendous job and the residents won't go to bed hungry with good size & tasty meals. I don't hesitate to recommend Reserve of Oswego!

We were introduced to the Reserve community by Alan Hoffman at Oasis senior services of Naperville. And then when Hospice urged us to move her from an unsafe previous residence we came to the Reserve. Very glad we did. They are trained in the care of dementia patients and the facility is lovely. Lots of activities that my Mom loves. Residents are never left in their rooms alone. Meal time looks like they are dining in a restaurant. I’m very glad Covid restrictions are lightening up so we can visit with My Mom now. I hope this continues to be a positive and appropriate fit for my Mom and her needs.

My father-in-law recently moved to The Reserve at Oswego and we are extremely happy with the exceptional care they provide. The level of compassion and dedication demonstrated by staff towards my father-in-law and all the other residents makes it obvious our family made the right decision. He enjoys the many activities and socialization opportunities The Reserve provides as well. I am very thankful for the many exceptional people who made this transition easier for our family. From the caregivers, to the nurses, all the way to the director, the staff has been truly wonderful helping him adjust. The Reserve at Oswego has quickly created a loving home for my father-in-law and I am so pleased and grateful.

My mother was a resident for about 16 months and it was the best decision my brother & I made for her. Her first 6 months were prior to Covid and in that time, we experienced such a wonderful environment that made her (and us) feel so welcome, loved and cared for. During the past 10 months, they have done such an amazing job dealing with Covid and keeping it out of the facility as best as possible. All the staff is really wonderful - they clearly don't see what they do as 'just a job' and it shows in how they engage and relate to their residents. If you have a loved one with Alzheimer's/Dementia or other memory issues, I highly recommend The Reserve for their care.

The Reserves staff are truly caring and compassionate, from the top down this organization is united in providing the absolute best care for the residents while also supporting the families. The environment is truly homey and comfortable, and if my Mom could say she likes it she would. Prior to selecting a facility one of my concerns, with being in Florida, was the ability to Facetime; my sisters shared this with Erin, the director and she promptly made it happen. Each time I call the staff go above and beyond in sharing the daily update of Mom, how she is, what she's doing, if she's eating,.. Erin sends out emails weekly to keep families informed of facility news and resident activities - I love seeing pictures of residents! Big thank you to everyone at The Reserves for taking such great care of my Mom and everyone else.

I don’t know any of the staff other than Erin, Alicen, and Cheryl but I do know they and their staff take excellent care of my mother. It seems that each director is a big improvement over the last, as my mother has been at The Reserve for 5 years and there have been 3 directors. Also, I really appreciate how the upper management has handled this covid crisis. I live in another state and can’t get in to see my mother, so it’s good to know she’s taken care of. All in all, I’m glad my mother is where she’s at!

My mom, Audrey, has been a resident at The Reserve for a year, and the quality of care she receives on a daily basis is second to none. Before covid, I visited on an almost daily basis. Since things went on lockdown, I am totally confident that Mom is getting the best care, and that she feels like she is surrounded by family, which the staff has truly become. My father was a resident at this facility for two years. We were very impressed with this facility from our initial visit until the end. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The residents have different areas that they can move to and activities to help keep them engaged. The staff does a great job of assuring that the residents are taken care of and even participate from Management down. Sadly my father passed recently but everyone here was amazing. They truly cared for him like one of their own family. Generally people in places like this want to go home but to my father this was his home and where he wanted to be. The nurses are in top.of things and assure that you know what is going on with your loved one at all times. I really can not say enough about this facility and how amazing all of their staff was. If you have a loved one that requires this type of care I recommend that you visit this facility.

Nurses at Autumn leaves are very strong and compassionate. They worry about the residents even when they are at home,by calling the facility to make sure that the residents needs are met. They are good listeners, educators, teachers who share their knowledge. Most importantly, Nurses provides the gentlest touch to the residents. My mother has lived at Autumn Leaves for three years and this was an emotional transition. Each and every one of the nurses have been amazing, attentive, and go above and beyond for the residents and family members. This facility is very caring for the residents. Their friendly staff always checks in with them/accommodates for them as needed. Residents are in a place where they are safe and are kept company by other residents. I have visited here before, and they have many activities for residents to experience(crafts, television, ice cream treats, sing alongs, etc). If anyone would ever need to have have someone stay here, I would strongly recommend it.

Permanently moving Jim into a memory care facility was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. Knowing that Jim was being cared for by the loving and professional staff at Autumn Leaves of Oswego, eased my mind. The care givers, nurses, and management staff are an amazing and thoughtful group of people, who go above and beyond to give excellent care to the residents. The staff not only provides Jim with outstanding care, they also are constantly thinking of the families of the residents. Recently, Cathleen, the director asked me to bring in some of Jim's old shirts. Cathleen's mom is making a quilt out of his old shirts for our 12 year old daughter. What a meaningful and thoughtful keepsake for our daughter. I feel so blessed to be able to have Jim at Autumn Leaves, they are our second family!
