My cousin was a resident at this godforsaken facility. I attended a care plan meeting on her behalf with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing and Regional Nurse. One of our main concerns was engagement, safety and supervision of residents. Clearly Grace Point did nothing to fix the problem as my cousin is now in a hospital being moved via hoyer lift and totally unable to walk. This place is bad, bad, bad news. They lie and cover things up. They don’t do anything right including giving residents the medicine they are prescribed. You have to stay on top of them all day long or your loved one will truly suffer. One nurse even read confidential information from another residents chart to my cousin’s daughter! Please, find a better place for your loved one.

My mother entered this facility happy and fully mobile. After six weeks she was miserable and unable to walk. Her medications were mismanaged and I had to practically beg them to give her the proper dosages. It took a full month for them to finally get her two pills administered correctly. It must not be a good place to work because they have a different nurse for practically every shift from an agency which leads to inconsistency in care. The care staff is usually seen sitting in the back of the room sleeping or staring at their phones. I had to change my moms bedding every day or she would have been sleeping in urine soaked sheets. Every few days I would have to take the soiled linens home and wash them myself or Grace Point would just let them pile up smelling and creating an insanitary environment (picture attached.) The residents are not properly supervised and are rarely engaged in an actual activity. The wheel chair residents stare at a TV all day in the common room and the mobile ones walk around aimlessly and without purpose. There are no breakout sessions or programs specifically designed for higher functioning residents. The Executive Director Dashira is just the absolute worst and doesn’t care about the residents or their happiness. Since I removed my mother from this facility for all of the previously mentioned reasons, the management has failed to return all of my calls relating to documentation I’ve requested and other business matters. There is something seriously wrong with this place. I just hope the Anthem corporation intervenes because the residents and their families deserve more than this.

GRACE POINT PLACE has been my saving grace. My 94 year old dad had an accident in June 2022 that excellerated his dementia. After trying almost everything, my father's caregiver suggested Grace Point. I am an only child and my dad is a large part of my world but he needed more then my home could offer. My dad has been a resident for a bit over a week. He is so calm and content. He loves all the staff, Tiffany, Brianna, Michelle, the very nice CNA that shaves him ( sorry I forgot his name) and Linda to name a few. They are very welcoming. I was concerned because my dad lost most of his english after his accident. The staff have been great with my dad's needs. They have figured out translations when needed. Shannon has been great with my many many questions. She was also very supportive when trying to make very difficult decisions. I am able to breath knowing my dad is safe and in a place that he is comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to give us an easy way to get a quick update when we are unable to stop in for a visit. I don't want to interupt the nurse or categivers from the residence care to update me with a phone call. If there was a way to possibly text an update. I know some daycares are able to update parents this way about their children. Thank you to all the staff at Grace Point. You are truly some very special people. Dementia is horrible it is the worse thing that has ever happened to our family but Grace Point is helping us keep my dad happy and calm.

We really like this place, my Aunt feels pleased there,, she said the maintenance manager, Andres,, helped her so much on a tour, she feels they care about her,, that means a lot to us.

My mom has been a resident at Grace Point Place since June of 2019. My family and I are pleased with the staff at this facility. There has not been a day since we placed my mom that I have regretted the decision we made to trust the staff with our loved one.

My grandmother lives here. She is staying very active doing many different activities. The staff occasionally sends photos of her doing crafts, art projects, bingo, or even singing karaoke. We love seeing her smiling face. Our family is very happy that grandma has made friends. She is no longer isolated in her home. We know she is safe and staying active. We are grateful that we found such wonderful memory care.

It was a very hard decision to place my mom in a memory care community. It was extremely difficult to make this decision with the fears we had of Covid-19. We just no longer could give mom the care she needed. Mom has now been a resident of Grace Point Place for a few short weeks. She is adjusting well. She is very active and participating in activities. I can call anytime- 24 hours a day to get an update on my mother. Grace Point Place offers a support group where my family and I have been able to meet others that are going through the same adjustment we are. I am thankful that mom has found her new home at Grace Point Place.

A week ago dm 21tashidelek wrote a post that is inaccurate and should be disregarded and removed. The relative she referenced is my husband and we have been together for 36 beautiful yrs. dm 21tashidelek is his 2nd cousin and we have not seen her for over a decade, because she is no longer welcomed by the family, etc. She has no medical information regarding the seriousness of my husbands condition. A restraining order also had to be placed against her by her own family. As wife and POA, I have instructed Grace Point Place (GPP)who may communicate with my husband and her name is not on the list for many reasons, including the protection of my husband. She has been informed of this and constantly harasses GPP and therefore, is not surprised that they do not return her calls as she falsely stated. BTW, my husbands birthday was on the 9th not the 10th as she inaccurately stated. Grace Point Place is an amazing community on so many levels and I highly recommend it for your loved ones.

The staff were welcoming while my husband and I toured the community with Meredith Morris. She is definitely a benefit to your organization. The entire set up is perfect for residents with dementia. The apartments, activity room, dining room, and the secure court yards all are just right for loved ones with memory loss.Its also nice that you have a beauty shop. The therapy services on the premises is a plus since unfortunately general decline continues and the services are right there when ordered. During my visit I didnt see any resident lost and or wandering. Kudos to all the staff. It was very home like ~ very impressive! I definitely would recomnend this community and know my loved ones would be in caring hands.

Grace Point Place has a magnificent staff .Especially the Life Enhancement coordinator or activities director , Lisa goes out of her way for each individual patient and their families. it is not just a job to Lisa it is a vocation she truly cares.
