The staff has been taking care of my sister for the past 4 months and they have been wonderful. I had a moment with social services but the administrator stepped in to assist me with getting some help for my sister. Also, the nurses are very nice and engaging with my sister. The CNA's are Rockstars when it comes caring for my sister. I can tell the ones that really care for the patients. Generations is doing a great job and we are praying that she can start rehab therapy soon to start walking and talking.

What a wonderful experience! My mother was recently at Regency after being in the hospital for a while. From the minute we arrived my mother felt welcomed and greatly cared for. I was so happy that she was encouraged to get up and out of her room. She had her meals in the most beautiful dining room with other residents where she made a couple of friends that she still keeps in touch with.She even had lunch with the administrator a couple times. Speaking of the dining room, Melanie serves the meals in the dining room and is so caring and sweet. The food was hot and my mother really enjoyed it. The CNA Arlene is so attentive and it is evident that she really cares from her heart. The therapy team is winderful and really helped my mom get back on her feet. The administrator Renee was so helpful with everything that we needed and visited with my mom every day. Her passion for this facility and the patients shines through.Sylvia at the front desk is so sweet her smile when you walk in the building is so welcoming. I would highly recommend Regency. I would trust them with my mother again.

If you are googling this place because you got an email from them today, they have been hacked. They were friendly when they called but I suggest you DO NOT follow the steps in the email. Also, all of the emails on their website have apparently been compromised as well. They will all reject back to you. We called and talked to a person and confirmed these emails were not legit.

I really would like to give a special thanks to the best cna supervisor ever(Carmen Borka-Sharma). Carmen's one of the most hardworking supervisor that I've ever met, she's thoughtful, grateful, understanding but most importantly she's a extremely hard worker. Since working here Carmen has never left us hanging, if we need help she springs into action, if we're short she finds coverage but most importantly she accommodates each and every one of her cnas to make life easier for the worker. I absolutely adore you Carmen if you're reading this, I couldn't ask for a better supervisor.... the amount of gratitude that I have for you words can't explain. You go above and beyond for us and I promise none of your hard work goes unnoticed. I've never met an individual who goes soo hard for her aides, you listen to all of our concerns and for that I'll forever be grateful Thank you so much for all that you've done for me, everyone needs a supervisor like you.

I recently completed my clinicals here for ICI CNA school. The CNAs were open and helpful to students. The majority of the CNAs did a very good job with explaining their various tasks and responsibilities. Thank you to them. The residents here are great!

My brother has lived here since before Covid. He is healthier than he has been in 10 years. He says the staff are wonderful to him and even though he is an hour away from family, he won't move closer. They have been wonderful in every way!!!! We can't say enough great things about the care and the team
