I toured the Auberge Senior Living property with Brenda and was genuinely impressed, especially after seeing several others. I left feeling confident my mom would be safe and well cared for. The courtyard alone really stood out. Based on what I’ve seen so far, I would highly recommend Auberge.

If you are looking for a great place for your loved one, this would be it. Anytime I drop in, my mom is clean, has a smile on her face, and a sunny, bright room. The gardens are lovely and they take residents on outings. Dining and common areas are bright and cheerful along with a pleasant staff.

The Auberge is a wonderful community! The first thing you'll notice is how bright and homey it feels. The building's layout is simple, making it easy for residents to move around without becoming confused, and there are so many personal items and decorations that it still cozy and interesting. There are also a ton of activities to choose from. Residents are truly engaged and happy here. I would highly suggest touring here if you have someone in your life with memory care needs.

My mom has been at The Auberge for 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. From my first meeting with Brenda, to continuous communication with Apollo, and Linsey, they have provided an open, transparent and communicative environment that puts my mind at ease. The staff is empathetic, supportive and they really seem to care about mom. When I go to visit, they shares stories of how mom is doing, and they take the time to listen on the days I am struggling. The new Nobi fall detection lights are an added level of comfort that mom won't be on the floor for hours like she was at the last place. If you have a loved one with dementia and are looking for a place where they will be well cared for, I highly recommend The Auberge.

This is a great facility that is well maintained, but the best thing about this place is the staff. They are great! They treat the residents like their own family. You can’t ask for anything better than that. I would recommend this place and especially this staff to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

I visited the community, one late afternoon, and was impressed by the friendly and caring staff and residents along the way. I met a resident who highly recommended the community and said that she loved living there. She invited me to stay for dinner. The joy she experienced in the community left me feeling confident in referring a family in need to the community.

I live out of state, so my only contact with my aunt is by phone only. I call, somedays, for a few hours only to get voice mail. I've left messages to have her call me, that has happened once. Definitely need to work on phone contact! Update as of 8/26/25 In the beginning of my aunt's stay in March, there was some confusion about when to call and what number to call, but after working with Lindsay and other staff members, we have resolved that issue. I am able to keep in touch much better with her by phone and appreciate Lindsay and staff for working with me to get it resolved!

The Auberge at Naperville is a beautiful and active community with friendly and caring staff. They even have a house dog named Sassy, who makes everyone feel welcome when she greets you at the door. I highly recommend The Auberge.

My mother was a resident at The Auberge at Naperville for 9 months. While there were a few nurses who provided good care and support, overall the quality of care fell short in several areas. As time went on, the facility grew increasingly crowded which seemed to worsen a staff shortage. Many of the staff seem undertrained. Many times it seemed interacting with residents was not a priority - often distracted by their phones. rather than attending to those in their care, especially at meal time. There were multiple times that basic items on my mother's care plan were overlooked (needing help in bathroom, clean clothes, pain meds, etc). Couple this with an apparent disconnect in oversight from management left me concerned about her overall care. Time and time again, I was told that they are making improvements and that I can be assured things will be corrected with my mom, but no follow through. Two very distressing examples was when during her final days, my mother was given a protein shake to drink that had been expired 4 months. And then she was denied morphine that was prescribed "PRN" by Hospice. That particular Auberge nurse told me she had to wait 10 minutes for no reason! I heard lots of lame excuses about how this all happened. It was very disheartening. Without more training, and staffing, and attention to detail, I would hesitate to recommend this facility to other families.

My father, who has dementia, is approaching his one year anniversary at The Auberge. Our family is extremely happy with dad’s new “home”. The staff is wonderful and there are a number of nice common areas for our visits, including a great courtyard when weather permits. We are hopeful this will be our 92 year old dad’s final stop as he seems to be a happy camper there. On a side note, my dad was at two other communities that were not strictly memory care communities. Those stays were quite short and not nearly the success The Auberge has been.

I love The Auberge in Naperville because they love my mom. I knew on the first visit/tour of The Auberge that this was the place for my mom. The Auberge feels like home. It’s a beautiful building close to work and home for me, it’s safe and secure, and my mom receives the best care and so much love from the staff and the caregivers. She gets the medical care she needs with 24-hour nurses on staff, she gets great meals every day, and there are always activities to join, if she wishes. If anything happens, like a fall, or a cough, I get a call. It’s easy for me to visit and spend time with my mom. I can see that my mom is genuinely cared for here, and she really is treated like a family member. Dementia is not a fun road to travel down, but the team at The Auberge has made it easy to navigate. I wouldn’t have mom anywhere else!

I recently came from Colorado to visit my dad who is 91yrs old i was there for 9 day's everyday to see him i was very impressed how the place is run all the staff are amazing people! When it came time for me to leave I felt that my dad is being well taken care & that he is in the place thank you for that.

My 99 year old mother has been at Auberge for almost three years. Best decision we ever made was moving her here. I was delighted with them before Covid. And over the past 9 months the staff and management have outdone themselves in the care of my mom and the communication with me and other family members. Not sure how they managed but it was very impressive. Even though I cannot just drop in and see her like I used to, I know she is getting great care and personal attention. Thanks Auberge!

My mother has been in Auberge for 3 years. I am very happy with the level of care support she receives. Get direct care providers are amazing - so caring, loving and personalized to her care. The admin staff also is great as they are responsive to inquiries and making adaptations to my moms needs (ie dietary, engagement, etc). The medical staff is attentive to her changing needs. Auberge is a very clean environment, and mom calls Auberge “home” and her caregivers are her family. What more could we want.

The Auberge (Naperville) took my mother in under difficult circumstances, Covid aside. The staff has been attentive and communicative regarding my mother's needs and any extra requirements she has uncovered. Our family is trying to adjust to the new normal of mom's condition and it has been a great help to have the folks at The Auberge guiding us through the process.

My very well respected and beloved uncle started his journey with memory loss three years ago. He was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The staff was empathetic and kind all the way to the end. Despite Covid conditions, the staff made sure we could say goodbye to my uncle either in person or through FaceTime so he could see faces. All the way through his journey through then Silverado and now Auberge, my uncle received the best entertainment, activities and care.
