What a wonderful home for my dad! The staff from the Sales, Executive Manager, Directors of Care, Care Managers, Dining Room servers, to housekeeping were exceptional. Everyone was caring and compassionate and took great care of my dad! Thank you so much! We love you all! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful home for my mother. From my first visit with Christine (Sales), Sunrise emphasized the importance of creating a family environment full of love and caring support. My mother passed recently and had been at Sunrise for over two years and was very happy there and always said how well cared for she was at Sunrise. The staff was great to work with. Very committed to giving Mom the best care possible. They were great to communicate with, very responsive in addressing issues or concerns. I highly recommend Sunrise Naperville North and the memory floor. Sunrise completely took over the role of caregiver leaving us the role of loving family. What a huge burden Sunrise took off our shoulders.

My mom has been there 18 months! The staff is great! They are very responsive- any time I have a question or concern I get an email or phone call back almost immediately. The environment is also very pleasant- very pretty furnishings - very homey! Would highly recommend

My Dad was in memory care for about a year before passing. He was taken care of very well. We found the staff very helpful professional and responsive. It was worth every penny. The staff honored him as a veteran and lined the hall and played taps as he left for the last time. Great emotional experience. Thanks Angelina

We just moved my mother into this home last weekend and it is a dream come true. The staff is so friendly they make it so it does not feel like a nursing home at all. My mother seems extremely happy. She is actually walking now when was confined to a wheelchair at home. I think this is because of all the activities they offer and the socialization she has been exposed to since being there. Really, so far it seems too good to be true! Members of my family are not kidding when they say they wouldn't mind moving in there themselves!

Sunrise was home to my mom for 4 years. Millicent Houston is an excellent care manager of the Memory Care Unit. She has put together an loving, kind, competent team of caregivers that treated both my mom and me like family. I will forever be grateful for the genuine compassion given to my mom during the final weeks of her life - and that my mom truly felt at home, surrounded by her Sunrise friends.

Play pop has been here for over a year and the facility has done a great job welcoming him on board. The staff is usually quite kind and caring. Several of the caregivers such as millie, catherine, monica, lydia, Bonita and Jemima open diligent to ensure his well-being. Pop likes the food and the activities that they have on the 3rd floor memory care. The facility has a fantastic porch area and patio as well as a very comfortable living room to spend time with your love ones. The one exception that I would make the entire great experience is sometimes parking is a bit tight. But other than that it earns is 5-star rating.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in the Reminiscence community at Sunrise of Naperville North for 19 months. You can tell that Millie, the Reminiscence Coordinator, has a passion for her residents and their care. She and the staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and always very responsive to our questions or concerns. Her assistance, empathy and guidance as our family travels the Alzheimer’s journey has been invaluable. Resident comfort, safety and engagement are priorities for Millie and her staff. The peace of mind in knowing that my MIL is exactly where she needs to be is tremendous!

Sunrise Naperville North Memory Care staff has been amazing. Millicent Huston and her team made the transition for Dad into the community very smooth. They are very kind and supportive of the residents and families. They have been very positive and patient with Dad helping him adjust to his new environment. The communication from the team about Dad’s health and daily activities has been very good. It gives our family great comfort to know that Millicent and her team are there 24/7 for Dad.

Sunrise of Naperville North has been so welcoming and accommodating since my first visit with Christine to my daily visits. My parents moved into the memory care floor a year ago. My father died in October and throughout his residence, the staff was so caring and thoughtful. My Mom still lives in memory care and I am amazed at how the staff placates her and is as responsive to her as she allows. I am especially impressed with Millie, the floor director. Millie goes out of her way to communicate with my Mom and then with me about my Mom's care. Thank you Sunrise staff! I highly recommend Sunrise of Naperville North.

My father was a resident in Memory Care at Sunrise. He received exceptional care and our family was comforted that he was in such a loving environment in his final days. The administrator and care team were in regular contact with our family and were always readily available when needed. We all felt the staff truly cared about the residents and it was a very bright and upbeat environment with a lot of activities and music. We never noticed any staffing issues and the staff had a good rapport with each other as well as the residents. I would recommend Sunrise Naperville North to any family seeking Assisted Living or Memory Care for a loved one.

I love this community. It is on the expensive side but the peace of mind that I get knowing the staff will treat him like family is comforting. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who can afford it.

My father originally was a resident in assisted living before moving to the Reminiscence floor. Staff is very good and generally has long tenure. The Executive Director, Patrick, was always available and open to hearing my family's concerns. The Resident Care Director, Reminiscence Coordinator, Activities Coordinator and Lead Care Manager and LPN on reminiscence floor are all very good, caring individuals. Same goes for the majority of the staff we met and interacted with.

Our experience with Sunrise Naperville North has been nothing short of outstanding. From the beginning when researching the senior care facility to having to plan our fathers move to Illinois they were there the whole way. Sunrise reached out to my fathers previous out of state senior care facility and coordinated on the necessary steps and records that were needed to make the move. Sunrise provided guidance and insight for my family as we planned the move. The actual move in day the were both accommodating and very welcoming. In the following days of the move in the staff displayed the highest level of professionalism with follow up, care management and ensuring my father felt welcome and at home.

My sister has been at this facility for 6 months. From the very first day, she was made to feel welcome and all the staff in the Memory Care unit was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff, from the administration to the food servers have always addressed my sister by name and hugs are the form of greeting. I feel she is extremely loved and safe. I can call at any time and get a prompt response to my question or even to check on my sister etc. I have referred this community to several of my friends who are looking for senior care for their loved ones. I would give 6 stars!

It’s the start of week 2 at Sunrise Naperville North in my in-laws latest life’s journey. Any family going through this knows it is a whole family process to get your loved ones to this point. We viewed several facilities in our area and found Assoc Sales Director Terrin easy to work with from the get go”no high pressure sales pitch, she just allowed us time to work toward the end that would best work for our family. We made many visits to Sunrise North on this journey and I can honestly say each and every person we came into contact with exuded genuine friendliness, care, compassion and professionalism”from Executive Director Patrick to Sales Director Kristin, to Activities Coordinator Ebony, to the ladies at the Concierge desk-- Marybell and Dolores. We had several meals in the dining room while deciding, and while moving them in, and Chef Mark , Kristen and the rest of the staff were extremely cordial each and every time, and the food was worthy of a five star establishment. My MIL was a gourmet cook before becoming hindered by arthritis, so enjoyment of meals was very important for them. Working through the admittance process, Assisted Living Coordinator Tenisha, Nurses Rita and Mishka, and everyone we’ve been in contact with have made them (and us!) feel welcome and truly cared for. They are treated with dignity, respect and everyone has taken the time to get to know them, and their likes and dislikes. The last week was spent getting them unpacked and settled. My in-laws are truly starting to feel at home and have commented they just love everyone they’ve interacted with. We couldn’t have chosen a better fit for them. It puts my heart and mind at ease knowing they’re in a safe and welcoming new home.

I couldn’ t be happier or more assured with the care, compassion and professionalism exemplified by the Staff at Naperville Sumrise North towards my aunt. They treat her with dignity and have taken the time to actually get to know her, her likes, dislikes and the wonderful person she was in the past and continues to be now! She has been here almost a year and her outlook is 100% better than when she first arrived, in fact, her health and mental outlook has improved significantly. I also work in senior living (not for SunrIse) so I tend to be more critical than most. This community is top notch! Keep up the wonderful work!

My mom was there for a short stay to recover in a safe environment after surgery and the staff and residents always seemed to be in great spirits when ever I came and visited. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a loved one who needs some help day to day.

Both my parents stayed here. Although the staff tries very hard to make the place homey, they were not really equipped to handle any incidences out of the ordinary and would ship them off to Lindon Oaks behavior health (One flew over the cuckoo's nest) We moved mom to Silverado in Naperville which is a modern very well equipped facility that is qualified and bonded to deal with the dementia professionally. She died peacefully a year later.
