We hired Senior Helpers of Naperville for my uncle who came home from the hospital on hospice. While it was an adjustment for him having someone there with him 24 hours a day, he appreciated the care and compassion shown him by Olu, his caregiver during the weekdays - she is fantastic! From start to finish everyone we came in contact with, whether in person or on the phone were professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and answered all our questions quickly. I am so proud to work for an agency that does not put up with CNAs and Caregivers that dont show up, give horrible care and are not in home care for the right reasons. The agency manager, Lynn is tough but she is fair and she cares about the clients and their well being. Lynn and her team provided outstanding service to my family as my mother faced her final weeks with cancer. I researched other Home Care agencies and chose Senior Helpers of Naperville because of the flexibility in hours... even a 1 hour visit is an option! I have been very happy with the CNAs that have come to care for my family member. But, I cannot say enough about how Lynn, the owner, has taken extra steps to understand my situation AND has gone over-and-above by offering additional help and even referrals for additional services.

Working at Senior Helpers has been one of the best experiences I have had with a Home Care Agency. The Director of Operations Lynn is kind, caring and has a passion for Seniors. She is involved in the care of the clients and supports us while we are in the home, this is the only agency I have worked for that does this. I have also never worked for an agency that offers medical, dental and vision insurance for its Caregivers. This is a huge plus for me while I work my way through Nursing school.

I am physician. I came to this country and could not practice medicine right away. I got a job as a Caregiver at Senior Helpers of Naperville. I started November of 2017 a month after they opened. Lynn is amazing. She truly cares about her clients. She has passion for Senior Care that goes beyond her business. She is truly a Senior Advocate in every sense of the word. There are no words to describe the depth of my relief and gratitude for Senior Helpers of Naperville. On ridiculously short notice, I needed a trustworthy, warm and patient companion caregiver for my 82-year-old father, who is still living semi-independently despite significant impairment from mid-stage dementia. Lynn Sullivan of Senior Helpers answered my call immediately, listened carefully to our needs, answered all my questions and came out to the house the very next day. She was organized, reassuring, and best of all, had done her homework: prior to our meeting, she had Googled my dad and spoke quite movingly of his many career accomplishments. For a man struggling with the ego blow of a dementia diagnosis, it meant so much to him that Lynn took the time to understand not just who he is today, but who he had been before his brain betrayed him. By the end of that initial meeting, Lynn had a caregiver in mind for Dad, and the match is, frankly, perfect. Dad had been fighting the entire caregiver concept, but Kathleen won him over immediately. She is an absolutely lovely person who patiently fills in all the gaps in Dads ability to care for himself: she takes him shopping and on errands, makes him healthy meals, helps him decipher the mail, and keeps his mind engaged with lively, positive conversation. What a godsend. We are so blessed to have these wonderful, caring people join our extended family. I cant thank them enough. 5 stars
