Was really loving this place for mom but the list of "we dont do this" and "we dont normally do that" while watching 4 CNAs literally lounging in the nurses station on their phones is seriously disturbing. It seems like every time I come in they are laid back on phones. Edit. Things have gotten better! Very happy to have mom here!

My brother has been a resident of HW for going on 6 years. He loves living there and we love having him there. The staff is wonderful especially Donna, Ashley, Desiree, Gina, Brandi and EVERYONE! He talks about how wonderful everyone is to him. The facility is always clean and the food is good! It is an all around wonderful place!

SUCH a wonderful place! I just moved my 90 year old family-friend into Heritage Woods and I can't recommend this place enough! All of the staff are so caring, nice, friendly, they go above and beyond, patient, and helpful. They truly have hearts to serve people, especially seniors, and do such a great job of it. You can tell the staff love where they work and show that love through their work. This facility has constant activities that are thoughtful and creative. There's always something fun to do there for the residents and even the residents friends and family too. If I ever need assisted living myself one day, I hope to move to Heritage Woods!

I've been living at Heritage Woods for almost 6 years and it is the right place for ME. I had a stroke in 1998 and, while I'd done well on my own for many years, I'd reached a point where I just needed extra help. I am very happy here. I only gave 4 stars, because there is ALWAYS room for improvement -- anywhere and anyone -- including me! 🙂
