This is a great facility!! My grandmother used to live there and they treated her so well!! The place is well maintained and really feels like home. I highly recommend Heritage Woods for your family you will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing - Donna Howell goes above and beyond, she is the face of the facility. She never says no and always has a smile on her face. They do so many different activities for the residents and all of the staff members get involved! It really is a great place to live!!

This place is truly a home for it's residents. Employees care about the Resident's here. The staff has always been so helpful and they always go above and beyond. Every time I have been there the place is always clean and feels like home. They do so much with the residents and have so many different activities that include families which is awesome. Every time I go there Donna Howell is always very helpful, she is the front desk person, she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help and answer questions that I have had. She seems to always go above and beyond for the residents whether it is her job or not she is willing to help out and it shows soooo much!!

Harritage Woods of Moline is special in so many ways. They have many things to be proud of. One is their compassion to their residents including their families. From being welcomed at the door to the many family gatherings they host through the year. You always feel like you're at home when visiting. The staff is also something that sets them apart from the rest. They are honest, trustworthy and fun. They are very much involved and proud to be part of the community.

I have volunteered here to paint with the residents a number of times. The staff goes above and beyond for those they are caring for. The facility itself is homey and clean. The best part of all is that the residents are clearly very happy here! I will definitely be coming back to paint with them again!

SUCH a wonderful place! I just moved my 90 year old family-friend into Heritage Woods and I can't recommend this place enough! All of the staff are so caring, nice, friendly, they go above and beyond, patient, and helpful. They truly have hearts to serve people, especially seniors, and do such a great job of it. You can tell the staff love where they work and show that love through their work. This facility has constant activities that are thoughtful and creative. There's always something fun to do there for the residents and even the residents friends and family too. If I ever need assisted living myself one day, I hope to move to Heritage Woods!

Heritage Woods of Moline is a great place for seniors to live. My grandparents have lived there for years. The caring Nursing staff saved my grandmother's life and I will forever be grateful to them. The people that work at Heritage Woods truely care about the residents.

Honestly so blessed to work for such a caring facility. Our Administrator truly has a passion for Seniors and goes above & beyond. Our staff is caring and compassionate. I enjoy coming to work every day & being a part of such a great team & the Heritage Woods family! I've been living at Heritage Woods for almost 6 years and it is the right place for ME. I had a stroke in 1998 and, while I'd done well on my own for many years, I'd reached a point where I just needed extra help. I am very happy here. I only gave 4 stars, because there is ALWAYS room for improvement -- anywhere and anyone -- including me! 🙂
