Very thankful to have found Victory Center - Barb Travis there was very helpful in making this a smooth transition for my mom. When we moved her in, there was a loud bathroom fan and broken down vanity in the bathroom. Barb had both replaced before we moved mom in. The staff is very nice and the facility is clean. Never smells dirty or musty. The housekeeping a plus and the cafeteria is very nice too.

Victory has been a blessing for our family. My mother is 92 and somewhat independent and what areas she fall short in Victory is there to assist. The staff is professional, kind and care.

My mom has been here since April and I couldn't be happier. I did a lot of research and came up with this place on a recommendation from a friend. The staff is awesome, friendly, attentive, and truly care about the residents, their well-being, and their happiness. There are activities every single day and plenty to do. All of the directors doors are always open and listen with empathy and always have solutions for acting that arises. I really believe I got lucky finding this gem of a place for my mom to live. She tells me all of the time how happy she is living there.

I was an employee at this community for a little over a year. I first began as a volunteer for the residents. I thoroughly enjoyed helping the residents at the community. When the pandemic hit, I was offered a position within the community serving the residents. I could no longer work because of my profession. After speaking with management, they offered me a position to help my situation. Not every place is perfect, but during my time there the employees worked hard. Ive only been gone a couple months and I still stop in and say Hello! Yes, sometimes they are short staffed, but that happens all over and its not because this is a bad place. Quiet the opposite. This community kept their residents and staff very safe from the pandemic. I saw a recent review about it being nasty and bad management. Funny enough, that comment was from a termed employee from the housekeeping department whom I saw in the break room more than cleaning apts. Surprised they were not let go sooner. People really need to look at themselves first before they criticize others. I want to say THANK YOU to the management at Victory Centre. I was there and I saw the work. I truly appreciate the help you extended.

Housekeeping and Maintenance is horrible. Been to visit my Mom and several times bed is not made. My family has been asking for carpet cleaning and nothing. Kitchen cabinet broken and off the hinges for 2 weeks. It seems like since Covid this place has really gone down.

I visited a few locations for my friend to move to. When we walked through the doors there were people enjoying the fireplace and talking to each other. As we moved further in people were coming up to us to talk and tell us about victory center. The warmth and the welcome was unbelievable, it wasnt like this anywhere else we visited. The staff is great and went above and beyond to help my friend make the move. The process went quick and easy. She needed to move from the place she was living immediately, which they orchestrated and saved her from losing her belongings. I told them they were wonderful for all they had done for her. I was told we take care of our seniors. They sure do, as a matter of fact she is so happy and looks healthier since she moved in. They had a Christmas party, friends and family were invited. There was a band with a singer. People were singing and dancing my friends son was there and had a call from his sister and I heard him say have you ever seen mom dance, he said me either but she is, I thought about that for a moment. Neither have I. It brought tears to my eyes. I told my friend, I will move here in the next year or so. It is a happy wonderful place. As I was told they take care of their seniors. There is so much more I could say about about the help we received from Christina and Barb, let me just say they are loving and caring, we have been blessed to have meet them.

Patient care person never returns calls. Sign in and out lacking for the residents protection, needs closer watch. Very neat nice facility
