Everyone has been absolutely welcoming for my grandmother. This has been such an emotional decision to make for the next adventures in her life and Jennifer and Tracy have been phenomenal every step of the way! It is such a relief to have the extra help she needs to keep her moving along with the day to day activities!

I would give it no stars if I could but it won't let me go lower then one star. I have seen people in there 80s abused and neglected here . Well where to start I moved here in April of 2018. Very happy day and just got better. The Staff Is fantastic, the food is good 3 mesls a day. Laundry done once a week also cleaning of Apt. We have so many wonderful things to do I have to set my clock to make sure I make them all,music entertainment,bogus of games evening and daytime. Baby Grand piano player. Bible studies and church services. Wow what else could a person ask for. .

My Mother Carol Calbreath was admitted the end of June 2020. Its been very tough not being able to see her but her care has been wonderful. She loves her room and all of the workers are so very kind to her. I would highly recommend Cambridge House of Maryville.

Cambridge House is the best thing to come along for seniors since Medicare! I had the privilege of opening the community as the Director of Marketing when the Illinois Supportive Living Community was relatively new in Southern Illinois. Families kept asking what the catch was! There is no catch! Seniors of all incomes can live in a beautiful private apartment with help 24 hours a day! Meals are served in a beautiful family style dining room. Activities keep residents active and engaged, for a well rounded healthy lifestyle! I highly recommend Cambridge House!

They have provided such great care of my clients who have lived there as well as the new families I am referring to them. Every time I have visited the residents have smiles, the staff is friendly and it so welcoming.

It is a warm and welcoming place from your first step in the door! We just moved my 89 year old mother last week, and the process went so smoothly! It can be an overwhelming process for both the resident and the family, and I was greeted with so much support. I couldnt have made it without Tracy, who was gracious beyond words! All of the staff are so kind and sweet to both my mother and myself! She is adjusting well and doing great this first week, and I know she will continue to like it more and more! I am so pleased with the services she is, and will be receiving, and it brings me such peace of mind. I am so happy for her! Thank you!-Lisa

My Mother moved in 1 week ago. It was a big change for her, but she seems to be doing great. Cambridge House does everything she was starting to have problems with including Cooking, Cleaning and Laundry. She likes the food so far and is always able to find something on the Menu. There are a lot of activities on a daily-weekly basis. Tracy and Cheryl and all of the staff we have met so far have been Great.

We just moved my 93 year old mother to Cambridge House in Maryville. She was very very hesitant at first. Everyone is so nice and caring. She is settling in and liking it very much! I could not be happier for her. She feels safe and loved. Tracy is awesome and so easy to work with!!

The place is beautiful and well maintained. The Administration Staff is great. The CNAs are friendly and well trained. They really care for us here. Food is good. Activities are fun well planned and offer enough to keep us entertained. Bingo i is a special time and fun for everyone. i cant say enough I love it how!

Recently moved my father into Cambridge. So far things have been great. The facility is beautiful and everyone has been polite and helpful. The one drawback is that they only have their van available to the residence to go where they want 1 day a week.

After 7-1-2 months, I continue to be pleased with many of the fine features of Cambridge House in Maryville. (1) I have the apartment of my choice on the floor of my choice; I have a nice view of green trees and fields. (2) the ambience in the lobby and dining room is that of a nice small hotel. (3) the administrative staff is friendly and helpful. (Witness: I had trouble posting this review, but Nicki from the front desk came to my apartment to help me with it.) (4) the food from the dining room does not meet my particular standards, but I understand the limits of meeting the health needs of many different residents - challenging. The meals that I do like are prepared well and taste delicious (fish, fried chicken, meatloaf). (5) having your apartment cleaned and laundry is a nice plus.

The staff is awesome and hes really looking forward to living at Cambridge House in Maryville. We couldnt be happier! Its been a smooth transition and we know hes going to be very happy there.

I am so excited about this facility...I cannot say enough good things about it...from the first phone call to move-in it was an awesome experience for my sister! She absolutely loves her apartment, the people, the outings, bingo, crafts....I could go on and on...Thank you to all the staff! All I can say now is come see for yourselves!

I have been impressed with Cambridge House of Maryville since taking the first tour with my mother. I have found the staff to be very accommodating and courteous. All the residents keep telling Mom shes going to love it there. The building is immaculately clean and they have a full calendar of activities. Its only been a couple of weeks, but I havent seen my mom this happy in years! Im so happy for herits truly a wonderful place!

there are not enough stars in the sky to ratge Cambridge house . This place is absolutely amazing. My sister just moved in on Nov 29 she could not be more excited about her new home....employees are awesome so helpful and courteous. ..I was so impressed from my first email to move in...Tracy Alfaro the move-in coordinator was wonderful from helping my sisters and i to helping our sister settle in! Anyone looking for a forever home should certainly look here first.

Cambridge House of Maryville is a very nice place. It's clean, welcoming and the rooms are spacious. The staff has been very helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone looking for an assisted living home to visit and you'll see for yourself. Our Aunt calls it her new mansion. Tracy the move in director is tops in our eyes. We couldn't be happier.

Five Stars is not enough for the staff at Cambridge House in Maryville. I can not say enough good things about them. Even though my mothers stay was brief she was treated so well and loved everything about living there. It gave me relief to know she was being well taken care of. With my mothers passing I was given so much genuine compassion that it made things so much easier with having to vacate her apartment that she loved so much. I would highly recommend Cambridge House to anyone.

I had a chance to visit my Mom, Martha Hall, a few weeks ago for the first time since she moved in. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly as Mom introduced me to them. All of the residents we also very friendly. She always has activities to do daily with all of new friends and just lives her new residence at the Cambridge House. Looking forward to more visits.

My mom has been at Cambridge house over 2 years. She is 93. They are amazing! I eat lunch with her several times a week and the food is fantastic. The care that the entire staff gives is the best. They genuinely care about the residents there. I feel that she is safe and well cared for 24 hours a day!

I've lived here for 2 years and I have met alot of wonderful friends. The staff is all loving and caring. We have good food everyday. Our apartment is cleaned every week. My laundry is done every week. The entertainment is great. We have buses that take us out to eat twice a month. It's a wonderful place to retire. I'm very happy here!
