I cant say enough positive things about St.Anthony of Lansing. The staff has been incredible with helping me get my dad settled in. From Nova at the front desk answering all of my random questions. To Angie the move-in coordinator helping make the process as smooth as and easy as possible, and Vonda the head of nursing making sure to help my dad feel welcomed and ensuring he has the best level of care they can provide make me feel like this was a great decision for him to be with them. I highly recommend St. Anthonys of Lansing.

Where do I start, I moved my mother to St. Anthonys of Lansing less than a week ago and my wonderful experience with this wonderful staff started way before the actual move. I moved my mother from one facility to another that was still in the Gardant family and I am so glad that I made that choice, I was so sad to have to move her from the facility that she was at but, one step into St. Anthonys of Lansing and meeting Kim and Cynthia at the front desk who always answer the phone with such pleasant voices and always willing to listen and help, and it just keeps getting better Director of Marketing, Maritza, amazing Always returns calls if you miss reaching her and so knowledgeable about the entire process you are getting try to go through, Angie, the move in coordinator was on point with a wonderful apartment location, the nursing staff have been the biggest blessing they are so attentive and caring this is the best discussion I made all year. Thank you St. Anthonys of Lansing.

I am so glad my mom and I found St. Anthonys. It is clean and very well maintained. The staff are very nice, and always very helpful. My mom has her own cozy apartment with lots of amenities. Nedra the Marketing Director and Angela the move in coordinator are true angels who helped make the transition to St. Anthonys a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Amazing! Facility is first class and the staff is too! Nedra has been wonderful. We helped a friend move from another facility where she was unhappy. Nedra made the process so smooth. She and her staff has made our friend feel so at home. During our time there, we can see how well liked Nedra is by all the residents. Our friends apartment is large, clean and well laid out. She raves about the food...afraid shell gain weight! Do not be apprehensive of this facility, I promise you will not be sorry!

I just want to say that from the first time I met Nedra, the Marketing Director of St. Anthony, I was sooooo impressed. The high level of care, understanding, empathy,and compassion that she showed was outstanding. Also, the overall professionalism was amazing. She made this New way of life for my mom an exciting experience. She actually cares, and takes time out for each resident. Thank You Nedra for making this process a bit easier. After looking for a perfect place for my mother in law, we found it at St Anthonys. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Nedra was great to work with. St. Anthony of Lansing is clean and well maintained with friendly and helpful staff all throughout. The apartments include a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and large bathroom equipped with emergency alert ability and a walk-in shower. There are many on-site amenities available including a clinic, barber and beauty salon, theater, library, and much more! Nedra, the Marketing Director of St. Anthony is a true angel on Earth! Her superb professionalism, genuine care and expert knowledge with working with seniors and families made the decision to transition our Mom to assisted living here a very comfortable and satisfying one! Mom is VERY HAPPY to call herself a resident of St. Anthony of Lansing and enjoys the daily activities and her view of the on-site pond. Thank You!

My husband and I would like to share our experience with you in regards to our visit to this facility. Our first impression that we noticed is the caring attitude and friendliness of the staff towards the residents. However, what really impacted our visit to this facility compared to others was our meeting with Nebra Bridgeforth, the Director of Marketing and Sales for her professionalism yet friendliness, pleasantness and welcoming attitude, making us feel very comfortable to ask questions which were answered by her knowledgeably. As she toured us to the whole facility, she appeared to know every single resident by name, greeting them warmly with respect, embracing them like her own family and in turn receiving the same courtesy among them. Following the tour, Nebra sat down with us in her office, gladly and patiently went through the application papers thoroughly based upon our needs and limitations. During this process, she didn't make us feel rushed despite running over her normal working hours but instead she was more intent to make sure we got all the appropriate information and guidance in completing the application papers required. She continued to contact and follow up with us regarding the patient's proposed time of assessment and evaluation, and wanting to be kept informed and updated on the status of our family member who is currently hospitalized to facilitate readiness and availability of the room. As a whole our experience with Nebra was way beyond our expectation. She made us feel that every staff in the facility have the same qualities and professionalism towards all the residence in this facility. We personally thank Nebra for all her enduring efforts and pleasantness she showed us but unfortunately our family member have changed his level of care and cannot avail the services of the facility. However, it is our pleasure to recommend this community to others who may need a placement requiring the services offered at St Anthony of Lansing.

I was looking for a place for my mom that was clean and well maintained. St. Anthony's was clean, well maintained and a whole lot more! The staff was pleasant and caring. I visited the facility on several occasions and was impressed with what I saw on every visit. Ms. Bridgeforth knew every resident by name and greeted them warmly. The residents laughed and joked with me while i toured the surroundings. The greenhouse and patio area overlooking the man-made lake are nicely added touches to a structure that has well appointed living spaces, ample dining areas, and entertainment venues on every floor. Just over 5 years old, St. Anthony's is a newer facility that is just what the south suburbs needed. Unfortunately, due to progressive health issues my mom was unable to join the St. Anthony's community, but I highly recommend this assisted living community to anyone looking for a great place for their elderly loved ones.

My father has been there a week. All of the staff here went out of their way to make him feel included and welcomed. My father says the food is good...my father used to be a cook. Nedra's set the pace with an outstanding first impression of the property, the residents apartment and overall personable feeling I got from her. Angela's consistant communication during the entire process, made me feel comfortable. This a great choice for my family.

Working with the staff of this facility has been one of the most inspiring professional experiences our life. They are extremely professional, genuinely concerned for the well-being of the residents and possess the interpersonal skills needed to work with the aging and their families alike. The facilities are well maintained and are designed to support the various needs of the elderly. Our mother had numerous concerns and each of them were addressed by the way they have things setup already. (e.g. Laundry facilities for the residents; in-shower seating.) We selected this facility for our mother and we know she will get the supportive care she needs now and in the future. We highly recommend St. Anthony of Lansing.

This is a beautiful supportive living community. When entering the property from 177th and Burnham Avenue, the peaceful and rustic ambiance of driving on this winding road sets a calming mood for all. Upon walking through the doors, there is a warm feeling and everyone is greeted with welcomes and smiling faces. The community itself is full of caring staff who have a genuine concern for the seniors they serve.

Toured at St. Anthony of Lansing for my mom. Unfortunately she never had the opportunity to move in as she passed away. You could see that the residents were happy and the staff seemed to really care. The marketing director Nedra Bridgeforth was extremely knowledgeable and helped up understand the differences between assisted living and nursing home. All the apartments are one bedroom...where do you find that?

I recently handled the admission of a friend to St. Anthony of Lansing, and the staff was very helpful with this case. They helped straighten out the admission requirements and, when my friend moved in, they were very helpful in getting him settled in his new apartment. The apartment is large and comfortable. We had lunch there, and the meals are excellent (which provides a good alternative to taking someone out to a restaurant, and the cost is lower than at a restaurant). My friend and I very much appreciate how helpful Nedra and Angela were.

My husband and I began a search for an assisted living facility near our home in Lansing about 3 weeks ago for his mom...she had open brain surgery in September for an unruptured anuerysm. She have recouped tremendously, but still needs minor assistance. Mom and I visited and toured with Nedra Bridgeforth at St. Anthony's of Lansing. The apartments were very well set up with roomy rooms, and plenty of storage. The amenities were great with physical therapy, community rooms, and plenty of activities for the seniors. Most important to my mother-in-law is her privacy. The apartments and amenities provided well for her privacy needs. After providing necessary information, etc., in 3 weeks we were notified of an opening. Nedra was so very helpful in all areas of this process, and we look forwarding to moving mom in and especially having her close to our home in Lansing. My sincerest compliments to Nedra for her assistance in helping us navigate this very new area of our lives!!!

My mom has been at St Anthony since they opened. She turns 90 on October 5, 2017 and she seems very happy. She's been through many manager and staff changes. Yes, there have been some low points but I can honestly say the place is at a very high point right now. I'm very happy with the care she receives and how they truly seem to love her. I recommend this place to anyone who want's their loved one cared for. And I don't do a lot of recommending.

In November 2016 I began looking for an assisted living community for my mother. She was diagnosed with dementia almost 4 years ago and I needed to find her a new home that could accommodate her needs. Within 2 weeks I looked at 3 communities with St. Anthony being the 3rd. From the moment I walked thru the doors I could feel that this is where my mom needed to be. I met with Nedra Bridgeforth Director of Marketing & Sales. She gave me a tour and when I say the place is amazing I mean AMAZING!! They have beautiful 1 bedroom kitchenette apartments with a huge bathroom. The dining room is gorgeous and the residents get to choose from a menu each time the eat. They have a media room, exercise room, various activity rooms, laundry rooms on each floor, a library and a computer area. There is a beautiful outdoor living space and a lake where residents can fish when the season permits. They even have a store stocked and ran by the residents. They provide various activities and outings. There is a nurse during business hours and CNA's are on duty 24/7 which gave me added comfort knowing that someone is always there and my mom will never be on her own. The staff members whom I met were friendly and made me feel more than welcome. Nedra was with us every step of the way. She made sure to let me know what we needed to provide and kept us updated on a daily basis. The paper work was approved on a Saturday and mom moved in that Tuesday on 12/6/16. Nedra went above and beyond to make sure my mom got into her new home. The manner in which she interacts with the residents is remarkable. She shows that she is truly concerned about them and she is equally concerned about the family members as well. She is definitely an asset to St. Anthony. Having her as a representative speaks volumes. I am so relieved to have my mom in a beautiful community where the staff takes good care of her and she still has some independence. I am so thankful I that I was directed to St. Anthony and that my mom is happy. I will post again as time goes on.

I'm at st. Anthony an average of 3 times per week! My dad lives there and loves the activities, food, and community! My boys and I love the view-K of C lake, staff, movie room, fitness area, and hanging out with grandpa! They make it comfortable îand inviting to hang with your family!

My mom has been there one year and is happy. They have a few very good CNA's. Some room for improvement but for most part a nice living space giving independence to the elderly that need to be looked in on throughout the day.
