Mom moved to assisted living at BW a year ago and while cautiously optimistic, we wanted to give it some time to be able to give a rave review. The best thing - the staff - EVERYONE we've observed and interacted with are 100% supportive, accommodating, and so kind. At all levels they really care about the clients in their care. Very clean, beautiful grounds, very responsive to questions. This has been a major adjustment for our mother, and there have been some bumps, but BW has made it so much easier. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Bethlehem Woods is amazing. Kind, compassionate and helpful staff throughout. From the front desk to the back office to the dining room to the bistro and every place in between. My mother's apartment is beautiful. The common spaces uplifted. The library well stocked. The outings interesting and affordable and often free! The food exceptional, especially the house-made soups. And the residents! I could go on and on. They are engaged and engaging, fun and funny, warm and welcoming I am beyond grateful for Bethlehem Woods. It's a gift. You are a gift.

I s/w Lili at front desk and met with Vicki Farnsworth. Absolutely delightful and professional women. The guest area is inviting and clean. The facility in itself is clean and inviting with plenty of parking.

My Mom and I went to get her hair cut. Carol did a lovely job. It does look like the salon could use some upgrades. Mom also took me around and she loves how you have decorated all over the place. My Mom did say that the Christmas music in the dining area makes it hard for her to hear what her table mates are saying. And it's not that it's too loud it just interfers with her hearing aids. Not sure if there is actually anything that can be done. Otherwise everything is good.

I'm a helper from an outside agency who assists the residents on an occasional basis and Bethlehem is basically a nice place but I think it's awful that residents are forced to wake up at 7:00 am when they are sound asleep, Really? They are retired, why can't they be left to sleep a bit longer, they end up going to the dining room half asleep!

I was surprised as all my Mom's laundry was either done (towels) or being laundered ( clothes). Her Room 235 was clean and in order. Thank you to the Beechwood Manor Staff who graciously did Mom's laundry and shower on Friday 1/07/22. The family appreciates YOU! Mom is comfortable and happy. She walks to activities on the 1st Floor and to Dining on the 2nd. Family is grateful. God Bless.

Started going to this location recently. I work with an agency. I'm very impressed and blown away by the courtesy of the front door staff. One morning as I came out of my car I see a car not too far, with a bag on top. A bag, like a secondary bag for carrying a lunch or extra shoes, so I thought because I never opened it. Also had car keys clipped to it.Someone left it on top of their car. I brought it into the building, front desk and gave it to the lady. I then proceeded with my day. Hoping and pray the rightful owner claims it soon and no one taking anything from it. Upon me leaving the building the same lady, from the morning was behind the window I asked about it and she said she gave it to the rightful owner. That was a great feeling. TY

Again I spent a short visit with mom today at the Beachwood assisted living facility here at Bethlehem Woods. I cannot say enough about the nursing care here. Sue, Pat W. and the aids who care for mom are excellent. Pat RN knows her stuff and has been my eyes and ears for mom for the past 5 years. She has been both the daily loving hands and the expert clinician that we need and so very much appreciate. More than once she has recognized concerning health issues and immediately arranged medical care. Sue RN has been a tremendous resource and has helped guide me through this stage of caring for an aging parent. Both of these ladies have the skills and the compassion that exceed my expectations. They go above and beyond for the residents. I am so blessed to have them at BW to help care for Helen, my mom.

I was glad to finally see my mom face to face. Scheduled visit was was organized. Staff was on time, having mom ready for visit. Environment was clean and well prepared for the visit. Staff was attentive, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and requests. Mom is certainly well cared for here at Bethlehem Woods.

I like the way that appointments are made for visiting. Its the safest way to protect the staff, the residents, and the visitors. Arranging the earphones for Nancy and the small microphone for me was very helpful as shes hard of hearing. We could talk without shouting. That is so helpful and its something that you should be proud of. It makes visits that much more enjoyable.

Have been more than satisfied and impressed with care and attention given my 105 year old mother by the staff and nurses at Beechwood Manor, especially nurse Pat, Sue and caregivers Juliana and Maria. They all were extraordinary in their professional care, and moreover tenderness and concern for my mother in her waning years. It was Nurse Pat and Sojay, her immediate caregiver, that gave her peace and comfort in this past year of COVID. They also were of great assistance to the family in maintaining our awareness of her condition on a regular basis. My mother was also aware we were close by, even if only through a closed window. Our sincere gratitude to the entire admin and staff group, especially those mentioned above, for the wonderful care Valentine received at Beechwood Manor, until the day she passed.

Check-in was easy on the high tech device provided. Making the reservation was fine, but when they called, they provided a changed time slot. Luckily I was able to meet the earlier time. Also after check-in I had a long wait for someone to get the resident, and find a place to meet. Had a nice visit.

My mom has been living in Bethlehem Woods for 9 yrs now. This was the best decision by my son and myself to move her there. I cannot say enough about the staff. They work so hard to make every day a happy experience for her.

I feel my mother is in a facility that looks after her, provides a safe environment and gives her the medication she needs. She partakes in some of the activities that are offered. It is a comfort to her family to know she is safe.
