The Pointe at Jacksonville is a great place for seniors. The staff is trained very well and always willing to assist a resident when needed. They encourage independence and social activities for the residents. The staff and residents are amazing and the new memory care unit (New Day Neighborhood) is very nice and geared towards individuals with all forms of dementia.

The Pointe at Jacksonville is an amazing assisted living facility. All resident are very well taken care of and all staff is helpful and friendly. There is so much stuff for the residents to do as well as a great menu for the meals that are served.

My mom has been there for a couple months now and absolutely loves it. The staff is AMAZING and cares about their people. My mom has not been this happy in a while!!!

If your looking for a warm welcoming place with 24 hour assistance for a loved one, I highly recommend The Pointe at Jacksonville. The Staff is wonderful, and The residents are Amazing.

This is the best assist living facility that I have been to. They have a very clean facility, and the staff is very nice and helpful. Their apartments are newly remodeled and have alot of space. They offer restaurant style dining, and daily activities. I defiantly recommend them
