My Mom was a patient in the post-acute rehabilitation building. The staff made it a wonderful experience. They treated her with kindness and went the extra mile to ensure she was always comfortable during her stay. The administrator, Jamie, checked in on her and ensured her needs were met and expectations exceeded. I highly recommend Victorian Village for short term rehabilitation or long term care.

Our family member was a resident of Victorian for 3 years and we were very pleased with facilities and staff. The staff always showed our parent respect and cared for her well. Would recommend Victorian independent, assisted and memory care accommodations, we utilized them all.

As a Victorian Village employee for the past five years, it has been a pleasure to work for the company. I began working here as a CNA, and it was one of my best CNA jobs. Due to the great opportunities provided here, I have progressed in this company. A positive aspect of the facility was the patient ratio. As a team, we work well together. My father has been in the memory care unit for 3 1/2 years and hasn't complained yet. He loves the staff. I love the staff. They have a very difficult job but manage to do excel at it while all the time being helpful and professional.

Our Aunt has been in Victorian Village since early January 2023! We can't say enough about our experience! The staff is wonderful! Tammy at the front desk is amazing, always happy and ready to help! Wendy is the nurse and she is so kind and patient. She is also very easy to reach if we have a question! Debbie DeMaar has gone above and beyond to help us with everything we need! She is very knowledgeable and always helpful. She always makes us all laugh! Yvonne is our Aunt's campus care giver is fabulous! She is so full of energy and always smiling. The meals have been delicious and plentiful. We are very grateful for everyone who has made this transition so easy and smooth. We highly recommend The Victorian Village to everyone! Thank you to all of the employees and volunteers!

My aunt has been living here since January 2023. She started in memory care and moved on to assisted living for a brief period and is currently in independent living. I can not say enough good things about Victorian Village. All of the staff has been so helpful. They have really been instrumental in helping my aunt to get to where she is today. Debbie DeMaar has been wonderful. Wendy is fantastic. Tammy is always very helpful. All of the campus care folks are so amazing too. I gave it a five star rating because there weren't any more stars to give. Thank you to all of you for your kindness and compassion that you give each day. God Bless all of your staff.

I have had, and continue to have, wonderful experiences with VV. I helped move an uncle and aunt in their 90s to the Independent living a few years back. There was some adjustment at first but my uncle now calls his apartment 'His castle'. When Aunt Marge declined in health they were moved to the assisted living building for a month until she passed, and while we were at her funeral, VV kindly moved Uncle Andy back to his apartment in The Grand so when we returned he settled right back in there. Those were some rough months when Aunt Marge was ill, but the staff there were so incredibly helpful through it all! I can't say enough good things about that! I truly felt that 'family feel' there for my uncle and aunt. My uncle still thanks me for talking him into moving there

I chose Victorian village for my dad after he fell at another rehab facility. They took excellent care of my dad. The room were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wish I would have had him here from the beginning.

My mother broke her neck and has a neck brace. Was sent to Victorian Village for rehab. We met her there waiting for her arrival. We're told we were unable to see her because she need 14 day isolation, Sharon reassured us she would b taken care of, nursing supervisor came down, said she has a I phone and we could face time with her, told no one has an I phone, we'll find someone with one, she had to go went in for her purse came out and left. Maybe she was late picking up her lunch. I called a number of times to check up on her. Nurses to busy to talk to me. Spoke to my mom she said she asked to be boosted up in bed to try to eat, told that it takes 2 people and there was no one to help. Mom said she need O2 she couldn't breath. I have power of attorney and was never called. Spoke to Maria told her that the aid said she couldn't t Be pulled up because there was no one to help, Marias response was I'm unaware of that asked aid and she said yeah. Asked Maria why I wasn't called about her shortness of breath and O 2 being needed, her response was I was Unaware of that Maria then told me she wasn't going to talk to me because I was getting verbally aggressive have a nice day and hug up. This is totally not acceptable to me. Called Frank Guajardo, Executive Director left a message not the waiting game starts. I am so sorry she is there to get help and is not gething it. What is going on.

Sometimes people think that when staff leave a review they are just being biased, but I can confidently say that I wouldn't still be with Providence/ Victorian Village after so many years if it wasn't a wonderful place to be! This Christian community has strong core values and the staff here truly care and want to make a difference. We know being in a rehab or nursing facility isn't the same as being at home, but when you need that level of care, this sure is a nice place to be. The Small Homes have only 10 private rooms each, so it is much more personal and Rehab is only 30 private rooms so that too is more of a home -like atmosphere. Many of our management team members have many years of experience here and go above and beyond to make someone's stay the best it can be.

My 95-year-old mom has been in assisted living at Victorian Inn for over 3 years now. The facilities are comfortable and excellently maintained plus my very picky mother loves the food. The nursing and care staff is also excellent as are the physicians and nurse practitioners who visit. There is also a good physical therapy facility there if one is needed. From the Administrative staff to the receptionists I don't think you will find a more compassionate group of people.

My dad lives in the long term care house at Victorian village. The staff are very attentive and respectful and take very good care of my dad. I would recommend the facility and like that they offer private rooms to all residents.

I want to thank the nurses and care staff, Life Enrichment team, and everyone at Faith House for the care provided to my Mom during these COVID months. My family and I have appreciated the many FaceTimes, the new app to schedule visits, and the daily email communication. Keep up the good work, thank you all again.
