I am here almost 3 years. I love the location. Carmen, Yussel, Denise, Horatio are the best of the best. Their dedication to the community goes over and beyond our expectations. I can't thank them enough. Because I am not allowed to add a new review, I am adding to this one. Walked down to the Grand Room for our Valentine's Day treats. The staff at this location out did themselves. The staff makes it easy to renew my lease, which I just did. Thank you.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Avidor Glenview. A relative lived there for the past 2 1/2 years. The public areas of the building are well appointed and lovely. Her one bedroom apartment was spacious with a good layout for an older person. The building has activities pretty much every day, the residents are nice when i run into them, and the staff have been particularly great. When our relative needed more support and had to transfer mid-lease to an assisted living facility, the team at the Avidor made the process of closing out of her lease there seamless. In a time of great stress, they were a bastion of calm and helpfulness. I highly recommend this building for anyone 55+.

With the arrival of our new Community Manager, came a breath of fresh air. Carmen arrived and immediately began taking care of business. She is totally approachable and really listens to what we residents have to say. And, then, she does her best to fix any problems. Life at the Avidor has improved 100%! It is such a community of friends! What a great place to live!!

I can't explain how fabulous the avidor is- we met some of the best friends we have ever had- you won't even believe the staff- going above a beyond and always with a smile. Cortney is the manager and does a great job "running the ship". We had the best apartment until we had to leave. You will never regret choosing this as your next home.

We checked out Avidor in a raging snowstorm in February and could not have been more warmly welcomed by Cortney and her staff. They were extremely friendly and immensely helpful as we navigated our way through the many lease options and unit layouts. Fast forwarding three months later to our move-in, this place is wonderfully awesome! The amenities are fantastic, the grounds, common areas and units are in stellar condition. But most important, the staff here is what makes this place special; from Chris and Joanne at the concierge desk, to Christina helping with the operational aspects, to Mario and his staff maintaining the building. He was a huge help in supporting our move-in and all the needs we had during that stressful time. The staff are all exceptionally pleasant, and continually go the extra step in ensuring our experience at Avidor is top-notch. Highly recommend this outstanding place!
